Ruim appartement met een balcon , goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer . Goed ingerichte keuken en verder smaakvol ingericht .
Het was een koude periode toen wij er waren en we konden geen kachel vinden . ( de radiatoren deden sowieso niets ). Dus het was wel fris . Verder ging het luik vóór het keukenraam niet open , jammer , want daardoor was het onnodig donker .

La tranquillité du coin malgré les travaux sur la chaussée.
Le mobilier de la chambre en fin de vie. L'étroitesse du balcon. Vue sur un parking intérieur barré par un autre immeuble.

Keukenapparatuur was nieuw en ook de wasmachine
* slechts een ventilator in huis ( bij 38° onvoldoende) * sleutel in voordeurslot draait moeilijk en het is niet duidelijk dat het bovenslot niet gebruikt wordt * wankele garderobekast in de slaapkamer ( twee planken vielen eruit, de achterwand en de zijkanten zaten los * de slaapkamerdeur sluit niet * de plint met vochtproblemen in de badkamer (douchegordijn ontbreekt) * de ondergrondse parkeergarage is erg smal voor een KIA Niro en donker * in de beschrijving ontbreekt dat de weg tijdelijk opgebroken is * geen ijsklontjeszakken voor de vriezer
