Great stay but cleaning needs to be improved

- The location is great, a very quiet place, close to a supermarket(3min), city center and a nice park (10min) - The parking spot is quite big, although you have to go through a narrow passageway to enter it, but for our suv it was ok. - The rooms are big and spacious, there is plenty of space to sit, eat, work and relax. We traveled with a dog, and it was very comfortable staying here. - There is a possibility to extend your check out till 14h which we gladly used. - Great internet connection - We happened to travel during the whole “France bed bug” era, so we meticulously checked the mattress and the pillows - they were like new!

As many people reported here, it was not very well cleaned. We are not picky but seeing an old used sponge for dishes, yellow crust on the sink sewage, leftovers of toilet paper and some candy wraps on the floor along with the hair was not pleasant. We have reported it to the owner along with some pics to illustrate it, so I hope that they will find a way to improve the cleaning service as apart from that, the apartment is amazing.

We needed a place to stay on route to Toulouse and this was perfect for a night's rest. It had everything we needed, it was clean, light and airy and with air-con as well which was much appreciated - it also had a car parking space which was great

Le parking dont il est plutôt difficile de ressortir surtout avec une voiture assez grosse, beaucoup de manœuvres à faire...

Appartement bien pour une soirée.

L'appartement est bien décoré et le stationnement dans la cour est pratique. La literie est de bonne qualité.

Le ménage n'était pas fait correctement à notre arrivée (miettes sous la table, plinthes très poussiéreuses, toiles d'araignée), le pommeau de douche est défectueux donc peu de pression. Il manque de la vaisselle pour 4 personnes. La porte coulissante de la salle de bain ne permet aucune intimité.

FIANZA DE 500 EUROS!!!!

-Tiene aparcamiento gratuito. La entrada es un poco estrecha y hay que ir con cuidado. -Tiene aire acondicionado. - Está en una zona tranquila, a las afueras.

-El check-in es muy tarde, a las 17h. -Se ve un poquito descuidado y cosas por arreglar (una copa de cristal resquebrajada, el parquet picado y ruidoso, la barra de la cortina sacada de la pared, interruptores que se salen, mando de la tele sin pilas...) - No hay armarios para dejar la ropa. -La cubertería es escasa - La limpieza es muy por encima, habían telarañas. -El sofá cama está pensando para niños pequeños, de 1'40m si no les toca dormir muy encogidos cómo nos pasó a nosotros.... Suerte que sólo fueron dos noches. -La mesa es alta con taburetes, nada práctica si vas con niños pequeños - ATENCIÓN: hay que dar un depósito de 500 euros y no te lo devuelven hasta pasados varios días después del check out. Nada más llegar al apartamento tuvimos que perder el tiempo haciendo un repaso de todo y haciendo fotos a los desperfectos y dejar constancia para que luego no hubiera malos entendidos en la devolución de la fianza.

Avant d'arriver, la déco et l'espace, l'emplacement de l'appartement aussi.

L'insalubrité des lieu, cuisine plaine de crasse et de là graisse par tout, poussière dans tout l'appartement, toiles d'araignée par tout dans l'appartement depuis des mois, machine à café avec des têtards dans le bac à eau, salle de bain très mal entretenu, paroi de douche cassé, meuble de lavabo qui tombe, en tout cas les tiroirs s'ouvre toute seule, cour intérieur pas entretenu, mauvaises herbes que empêche l'accessibilité a l'appartement. Etc, etc, etc......

L’attitude de comme chez nous, si il n’aime que l’on passe par booking et bien il ne passe pas par la plateforme… j’attends toujours la facture de mon séjour, ils m’avaient promis la facture lors du départ.impossible de payer la caution sur le lien qu’ils m’ont envoyé , ils m’avaient promis a fallu quitter mon stand pour aller payer la caution sur place et le paiement ne fonctionnait pas … j’ai perdu beaucoup de temps avec des gens qui ne sont ni arrangeant ni commerçants …j’espère recevoir ma facture dans les jours prochains
