L'appartement donnant sur le Boulevard, j'ai eu peur que ce soit bruyant la nuit. Il y a du trafic la journée mais la nuit pas du tout. Compte tenu de la canicule, nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes. Les deux ventilateurs mis à disposition étaient bienvenus. L'appartement est vaste et très agréable avec la terrasse orientée à l'Est (soleil le matin). Il est très bien situé à proximité des transports en commun et de supermarchés. Un parc à environ 900 m. Jolie vue latérale sur le Puy de Dôme. Le parking est très appréciable.
Un hotte aspirante ainsi qu'un éclairage au-dessus du plan de cuisson seraient appréciables car on tourne le dos à la lumière quand on cuisine. Une petite paroi de douche entre la porte de la SDB et la douche permettrait de limiter les projections d'eau et protègerait la porte de la SDB. Un ou deux couvercles en plus pour cuisiner. L'aspirateur était totalement bouché par de la poussière et un papier.

Het was er netjes en schoon.
Geen airco aanwezig. Met dit weer is het wel nodig. 1 Ventilator aanwezig. Had zelf beter moeten kijken tijdens het boeken.

the parking space, clear check-in instructions, and the fact that the apartment is pet-friendly. Having a washing machine and a kitchen was very convenient, and the shared terrace was a nice bonus. Heating worked well, and there is a pleasant park within a 10-minute walk, which was great
The shower is directly on the bathroom floor without any enclosure, so water spreads all over the bathroom, which is quite inconvenient. Sound insulation is very poor: we could clearly hear the neighbors walking, and the noise from the road was noticeable in the bedroom. The bed squeaks, and the bed linen was very worn out, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. There is no freezer compartment in the fridge, and a dishwasher would have been very helpful. Overall, the apartment is functional but could benefit from some improvements in comfort.
