L'appartement est propre et tout à fait conforme à la description. Tout est neuf et donc en très bon état. L'appartement est situé au centre ville et donne sur une grande place très fréquentée.
L'immeuble dans lequel est situé l'appartement est un viel immeuble retapé dans les années 90, les parties communes ne sont pas en très bon état et on a l'impression d'être dans du semi récent (moquette et crépis sur les murs). La climatisation de l'appartement est très bruyante et ne parviens pas à rafraîchir suffisamment la pièce surtout la chambre à l'étage du duplex. Par conséquent on est obligé d'ouvrir les fenêtres qd il fait chaud et là le bruit des bars et restos de la place ne permettent pas de s'endormir avant 4h du matin. A éviter l'été et si vous avez le sommeil léger. Dommage car l'appartement est propre et rénové avec goût.
