Cozy, well located, clean and great value

The location was excellent. Right next to the place de Jaude which is close to the cathedral. Claude was an amazing host. Personally showed us the property. Property had great views to the Puy de dome. Free parking on site.

Excellent and thoroughly recommended.

Claude the host was very attentive. He helpfully provided some great recommendations for restaurants. The apartment was ideally located and very central to shops, bars and restaurants. The balcony was a lovely space. Parking was provided and very much needed.

The bedroom was very small and we couldn't find a duvet. There seemed to be an issue with very small flies but they didn't really bother us.

Great location, value for money and fantastic host

Location was fantastic, spotlessly clean. Parking was a great bonus and facilities in the apartment were just what we needed after 7 days on the road. Claude, the host, was very informative and accommodating.

Excellent location and property. Small but perfectly formed! So nice to be met by the host and all the facilities explained personally. The property was spotless and ingeniously designed. Claude was an extremely helpful host.

Good location excellent for city visit

Location and comfort of apartment and kitchen was well equipped and bed very comfortable

The apartment was a bit small and the bedroom very squeezy so had to dress in the hall area. Electric Towel rack in the bathroom was always cold and the adjustment was controlled remotely by the host.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything I needed. The highlight was definitely the beautiful balcony – the view over the city was amazing, especially at sunset. I would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended!

Excellent and very centrally located flat in Clermont-Ferrand. Very comveniently laid out out and with all facilities needed. Excellent service from Claude the owner of the flat.

Slight issue with getting access to the flat when we arrived, but was quickly resolved through the help of a neighbor

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND the apartment!

The apartment has the following advantages: 1. a very convenient location - in the city center, yet quiet (walking distance to supermarkets, marche St. Pierre, bakeries, tram stops, restaurants); 2. a very nice interior of the apartment; 3. it was fully equipped with all you need (including kitchen stuff, soap, cleaning detergents); 4. Claude (the owner) was responding immediately via whatsup; 5. it includes a terrace; 6. it includes a washing machine, dish washer (all detergents needed are included), and an iron - really very well equipped apartment. To sum up, no single point to complain about. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND the apartment!

Lovely apartment in a convenient location in Clermont. Very clean and practically brand new. All appliances worked well. Bathroom well appointed. Quiet and secure. Car parking in private garage in apartment block. The host communicated well and met us on arrival. He was extremely friendly and helpful

Very comfy, very pleasant and very relaxing

The location of the apartment is excellent, next (30 m) to Place Jaude. Supermarket and shops are quite close and available, even on Sunday and holidays in the morning. The apartment is newly refurbished, with good taste and with an excellent quality. It is well designed, so for a family of four, 2 children and 2 adults, it was very very hospitable and pleasant. the terrace is nice. We didn't find time to access the swimming pool, but it was available. The parking place is extremely useful , as we used the car to visit the Romanesque churches in Puy-de-Dome. Claude, the host, is impeccable. Quite knowledgeable, with suggestions of excellent taste. Always ready to help

Fabulous location

The location was fantastic. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. Parking was available on site which was fabulous. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The host checked on us regularly during our stay which was very nice.

You are met at the apartment by the host. Our flight had been delayed so we arrived later than the time we advised. I misunderstood reception at apartment to mean there was a reception desk at the apartments. Therefore I did not contact the host which caused him to wait longer than necessary

Super chic studio in great location directly in the city centre. Claude was an excellent and helpful host. The studio had all that we needed for a 3 night stay. We were on a motorcycle so the on site, secure underground car park was a real bonus.

Claude is a great, attentive host who was patient enough to wait for 2 hours before we showed up.

Central location - walking distance to most activities.

Difficulty navigating the city to get there, but part of the problem was our defective GPS (no voice commands).

Perfect location, great neighbors, quiet and peaceful place in the heart of a busy city center.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Clermont-Ferrand. Close to shopping, restaurants, the cathedral, everything. I came to Clermont-Ferrand for the wedding of my God daughter, the apartment could not have been more perfect!

It was a little hard to remember all of the entrance and exit instructions as you need a key for every door, but after the first day, that was no problem at all. Just remember your way around and always have the keys with you.

Great studio in perfect location

The studio is compact but perfectly formed in a very central location with a small balcony with views of the volcano. The owner Claude is extremely warm and helpful and was important in making our stay with his hiking and the restaurant recommendations.

Nice things come in small packages

Apartment is a studio, so small, but newly renovated and efficiently laid out. The balcony has a view of the Puy and sunshine in the afternoons. The apartment was spotless and best of all had a nespresso machine! Claude was very helpful in helping us to find parking for our vehicle and responded very quickly to any messaging. His daughter welcomed us, as Claude was away, and she provided clear instructions on accessing the building and apartment. Location is very good - within a few minutes walk of the old centre.

Parking wasn't available at the time and owning a large vehicle made finding a spot a bit tricky. The common areas: elevator and hallways are a bit under-maintained (e.g. etched markings/initials in paint on elevator walls) but the apartment was impeccable.
