Les pièces spacieuses et lumineuses. La facilité pour récupérer les clés. Les équipements. La situation géographique

Les parties communes et notamment les escaliers étaient extrêmement sales. C'est dommage parce que ça fausse un peu la première impression quand on arrive sur les lieux.

Appartement très confortable bien situé et calme.

Les chambres spacieuses avec chacune une salle de bain . L’emplacement à proximité du POLYDOME et du tram, et l’appartement bien isolé

L’appartement etait très propre mais les escaliers et le couloir auraient mérité un nettoyage. Tire-bouchon cassé et un problème avec le plus grand faitout, sans doute pas adapté à l’induction, puis mise en sécurité de la plaque ( pas de notice) nous ont posé problème pour le seul repas pris à l’appartement.

Week-end en famille

La surface du logement était appréciable, chaque personne avait son espace. L'appartement était idéalement placé ( arrêt de tram en bas de l'immeuble, face au stade de l'ASM et proche de l'aventure Michelin)

Super séjour, si je venais à revenir sur Clermont je n'hésiterai pas à revenir dans ce logement

Nous suivions une formation sur Clermont-Ferrand, le fait d'avoir une salle de bain par chambre est très appréciable. l'appartement est très bien équipé et très confortable, très spacieux.

La chambre qui donne sur l'avenue de la république est un peu bruyante si vous laissez les fenêtres ouvertes. (mais rien de dramatique)

Le côté impersonnel de la gestion. Des prestations pas au niveau de l’annonce (télévision en panne, jardin en friche inexploitable, balcon peu accueillant avec vue sur poubelles, communs sales)

L’état général Appartement vieillissant manquant d’entretien Charnières de porte de placard HS Un peu de rangement serait le biénvenu pas de ménage dans les communs et ménage limité dans l’appartement. Pour une location d’une nuit, la caution restituée 6 jours après.

Pas mal mais pourrait être mieux..

Excellent emplacement avec ce le tram devant si besoin .. Appartement très pratique pour 6 personnes avec ses 3 salles de bains ; par contre , pour 10 personnes, j’ai des doutes !

On a dû bricoler les chaises et les tables basses qui étaient bancales et il manque du matériel de cuisine ( grande marmite , saladiers) . Il n’y a pas 6 assiettes identiques. Et le canapé est toujours aussi inconfortable

Het apparent is goed, de beheerder niet!!

Eerst konden we er niet in omdat we de sleutelkluis code niet hadden, na veel vergeefs bellen en toen lang wachten de code gekregen van de Booking.com medewerker, dus met 6 personen onnodig een uur bij de gesloten deur gestaan. Wat een farce! Er is geen informatie over de boiler beschikbaar in het appartement, nadat we met 6 douchen is het heetwater op, boiler schakelt dan niet vanzelf aan, dus alleen koud water!! De beheerder/eigenaar is NIET bereikbaar, niet op tel. Nr en niet per e-mail, ik heb dit ook bij Booking.com gemeld/besproken, die konden de beheerder ook niet bereiken. Dus GEEN mogelijkheid om het probleem op te lossen. Dat is absoluut STIJLLOOS
