La struttura in generale era carina aveva solo 2 pecche: non aveva l’ascensore ed aveva delle scale scomodissime considerando che un ospite ha sempre diversi bagagli è da includere nelle caratteristiche poi non è dotato di aria condizionata e ad Agosto il caldo si fa sentire, aveva solo 3 ventilatori di cui uno non funzionava ed un altro non stava bene in piedi, per il resto la casa era grande ed accogliente, bastava qualche accorgimento in più per essere perfetta

Les pièces spacieuses et lumineuses. La facilité pour récupérer les clés. Les équipements. La situation géographique
Les parties communes et notamment les escaliers étaient extrêmement sales. C'est dommage parce que ça fausse un peu la première impression quand on arrive sur les lieux.

L’état général Appartement vieillissant manquant d’entretien Charnières de porte de placard HS Un peu de rangement serait le biénvenu pas de ménage dans les communs et ménage limité dans l’appartement. Pour une location d’une nuit, la caution restituée 6 jours après.
