Poor communication with restricted car parking and no access to a garage onsite.

Clean and suitable for 7 persons (triple bunk bed) & 2 x Double beds.

Communication was poor- they sent messages to me in French, which I did not understand, so was not aware I needed to pay a deposit of 1000E prior to arrival. I asked for messages to be sent to me in English and they did not, so some messages I did not understand what they were asking, I stayed in 4 apartments and all 3 other hosts sent messages to me in English.. They said free parking, but this is only after 6pm, so we had to pay during the day and we had two cars. They also said with garage, but there appeared no access to garage.

Logement confortable, moderne, bien équipé.

Parking payant dans la rue. Garage trop petit même pour une petite voiture. Arrivé à 16h40, impossible de rentrer dans la maison avant 17h.

Trop de mauvaises surprises!

L’emplacement

Dans l’annonce booking la maison disposait d’un parking privé et d’un parking public gratuit. À notre arrivée nous avons constaté que le parking privé était en réalité une pièce, soit disant un garage ,trop exiguë pour mettre un véhicule, et le stationnement dans la rue était payant. Les interlocuteurs n’ont rien voulu savoir, ils n’ont fourni aucune solution ni compensation avec une mauvaise foi leur faisant dire qu’une 308 était tout de même une grosse voiture!! Autre mensonge la caution/ empreinte sur carte bancaire n’est pas de 500€ comme indiqué mais de 1000€. Dans la maison le ménage est très approximatif: des moisissures dans la salle de bain, des poussières un peu partout, pas de gel douche, 2 rouleaux de PQ pour 7 personnes et 4 nuits, pas de tablette pour le lave vaisselle et l’électricité qui saute si deux appareils sont branchés en même temps dans la cuisine. Tout ça pour plus de 250€/jour. Vous pouvez trouver mieux sur Clermont Ferrand!
