J'ai apprécié la réservation possible à la dernière minute pour pallier la défaillance d'un autre hébergeur. Effort manifeste pour la décoration.

Astuce: faire couler un peu d'eau dans le bac à douche lors de votre arrivée afin d'immerger le siphon (probablement à sec, faute d'utilisation les jours précédents) et ainsi limiter les remontées d'odeur.

Très bien situé pour visiter la région : Puy de Dôme, vulcania. Appartement calme. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible. La remise des clés par boîtier très pratique. Apparemment frais malgré la canicule. Petite attention appréciée. Photos fidèles au logement.

Lit confortable bien décoré café disponible

Cumulus mal placé je me cognais la tête sans cesse pas de ventilateur pas de climatisation trop chaud pas d’air studio dans une cave ? Fenêtre aucune visibilité dommage SDB avec douche mal placée l’eau coulée en dehors petite fenêtre manque d aération pour manger face à un mur avec chaises hautes certes mais peu agréable on a du mal à trouver la boite à clé le soir pas de lumière difficulté pour se garer pas de place odeur à l’entrée de l’immeuble vieillot et au dessus du lit une hélice est mal placée en dehors de la deco je n’y retournerai pas du tout dommage le matin beaucoup de bruit passage près du hall d’entrée de l’immeuble l’hôte n’était pas présent sauf par message peu réactif encore dommage

EXCELLENT SEJOUR EN AUVERGNE

Appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée, très agréable, belle décoration moderne, bien équipé. Bonne literie. Parking de proximité gratuit. Très bien situé pour la découverte de Chamalières, proximité des Thermes, Casino et à 15 minutes de la Place de Jaude, lieu "central et touristiques" de Clermont Ferrand.

Rien, tout était conforme à notre attente, lieu, situation géographique par rapport à notre centre d'intérêt (Centre Aquatique). Par contre, nous n'avions pas demandé "la pluie et le vent"....

Lieu peu adapté à un agréable séjour

Le quartier

Ce n’est pas un appartement mais un local technique en partie réaménagé avec des tas de défauts et une vraie impression de « cagibi ». Quant à la décoration « industrielle » elle est plus choquante comme l’énorme panneau du salon qu’intéressante. Ajoutons qu’on est en demi sous sol quasiment sans vue! Et qu’il y a beaucoup de moisissure dans la douche. A part cela le lit est correct
