Bel appartement spacieux, bien équipé, confortable, bien situé face aux Thermes et à Royatonic.
L’appartement est super, mais les parties communes sont en mauvais état: escalier avec moquette décollée, ascenseur hors service semble-t-il depuis longtemps. (2e étage)
