Good location, but I can't recommend staying there.

The location is good. There's lots of free street parking very close by. The apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The host responded quickly to issues.

The entry to the building makes it look like it's abandoned. There's an elevator, but it doesn't work. The stairs are not in the best condition. The bedrooms have no curtains. There were no basics like even salt and pepper. The bottom sheet on one bed looked like someone had slept there and drooled all over and there weren't any replacement sheets in the apartment. There were no instructions on how to operate the heaters and it wasn't obvious.

Son emplacement, appartement spacieux et clair, moderne et plutôt décoré avec goût. Vaisselle Ikea, cuisine moderne, salle de bain moderne

Pas très propre, rien pour nettoyer ( hormis epinges et serpillière très sales), spartiate niveau équivalent (5 petites cuillères, pas de bouilloire, vaisselle sale voir très sale....nous avons lavé ce que nous avons utilisé,,,,, , des couteaux à lames cassées, peu de verres, pas de fouet, pas de spatule, casseroles avec le fond usé et/ou sale, poêle à crêpes usagée), pas de porte manteau dans l'entrée ni dans la salle de bain

Nous n'avons jamais pu accéder au logement. Le code de la boîte à clé envoyé au préalable n'était pas le bon (nous étions 5 à essayer). Comment expliquer que personne ne nous ait jamais rappelé malgré les nombreux appels en absence, sms et messages vocaux laissés le soir même et le lendemain ?

Une odeur épouvantable au niveau des toilettes … Et une housse de couette pas propre Et réveillé le matin par des pigeons j’ai constaté un nid au bord de la fenêtre !

Bien mais...

Appartement bien situé, facile d accès, belle superficie. Par contre, quelques améliorations à faire: chauffage à 7 degrés qd nous sommes arrivés, un peu froid comme arrivée ! Penser à changer l eponge pour faire la vaisselle car la elle était très très usée.... Mauvaises odeurs dans les toilettes et lunette de toilette qui bouge. Plus de piles dans la télécommande pour la télé le dernier soir. Table basse salon cassée.

Tres bel appartement pour affaires ou loisirs

Les clés sont dans une boite à clés, les instructions sont claires. L'appartement est refait à neuf et est très bien équipé. La vue est dégagée. L'appartement se trouve en face du spa et de la piscine de Royatonic, à deux pas des thermes et du casino. Le parking est gratuit dans la rue et un parking gratuit se trouve à proximité
