Delightful Apartment

Beautiful apartment, every amenity provided. Spacious. Parking space a big bonus. The breakfast was delicious and staff very welcoming and friendly.

The people working at the reception are just lovely and helpful. The location is not the best but you can reach all places easily. The apartment is modern, clean and very suitable for a small family.

Very convenient spacious apartment near the station in Clermont. Easy access Very helpful staff Great safe garage parking where we were able to leave bikes as well. Nice to have breakfast supplied too I was unaware it was a seniors living accommodation! But everything was brand new Facilities for cooking

A couple of days in Clermont Ferrand.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very charming and helpful. The parking provided was a great help in the middle of the City. It was only a 15 minute walk to the old town. Breakfast was good.

The air conditioning unit was quite noisy and not altogether effective in the very hot weather that occurred whilst we were there.

Very nice staff - need some brush up their English but maybe that's what's adding to their charm Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the cathedral and the inner city Very nice breakfast

Très chaleureux, les studios sont très bien équipés, la cuisine accommodantes pour les petits déjeuners.

Mejor ver otras alternativas

No tiene aire acondicionado. El desayuno es muy pobre: café, pan (sin tostar) y 3 bollitos por persona. Muy ruidoso por obras en la calle y por el calor teníamos que tener las ventanas, abiertas.

Très belle surprise

Un très bel appartement à la décoration soignée et très fonctionnel. C'était parfait et au-delà de nos attentes pour une première expérience dans une résidence seniors. Nous avons apprécié le parking fermé. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bien. Nous avons pu aller dîner à pied au centre-ville.

Seuls petits bémols indépendants du personnel de la résidence : - l'accessibilité due à d'importants travaux dans la rue - le bruit constant de la chaufferie de la supérette adjacente - la chaleur (pas de clim dans les appartements)

Une halte sur la route des vacances où nous serions prêts à refaire sans problème

L’accueil était parfait, les équipements complets, la literie ainsi que le linge sont de belle qualité, le petit déjeuner copieux, une place de parking privé appréciée.

Indépendamment de leur volonté, la circulation aux abords de l établissement est impossible à cause des travaux (qui doivent se terminer au 31 juillet). Mais nous avons bénéficié d un « radio guidage » par un membre du personnel. GPS inutile.

PARFAIT

Tout était parfait, de l'accueil au logement équipé et décoré avec goût. La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté impeccable et le petit déjeuner calme 👍🏻

L'emplacement est top car il permet une mobilité piétonne optimal ! En revanche, le quartier gare est comme partout, un peu bruyant dû aux perturbations humaines.
