The living room has no heat! The radiator provided was too small for the small living room/kitchen! The temperature was fine upstairs in the bedrooms but we couldn’t stand downstairs!

The location is ok. Not far from place Bellecour. There are two bedrooms with 4 seperate beds in total. The appartement is equipped with the necessary basics.

The air conditioning did not work. We stayed here during the summer and specifically booked this rather expensive apartment because it advertised air conditioning. The upstairs became unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep at night, despite the available fans. The owners were difficult to reach and barely answered our phone calls or messages. They were also difficult for Booking.com to contact. They eventually arranged for someone to inspect the air conditioning, but unfortunately it could not be repaired during our stay. We ended up having to cancel the booking and staying somewhere else.
