SmartStay Capsule Cosy - Lyon Centre

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, modern und ruhig gelegen. In der Nähe die Saône, der Bahnhof Lyon-Perrache und die Metrostation Ampère - Victor Hugo und natürlich auch die Fussgängerzone. Alles ist sehr gut mit Tram oder Metro erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass wir eine Kaution hinterlegen mussten, was wir auf Booking.com nirgends lesen konnten. Dies hat uns mit den mehrmaligen Aufforderungen der StayCapsule Cosy verunsichert (bei den heutigen Fakemails etc.) Dies hat dazu geführt, dass wir vor dem Eintritt ins Haus, dies noch erledigen mussten. Wir wurden aber sehr freundlich per Telefon begleitet, so dass wir schweissgebadet endlich unsere Wohnung beziehen konnten.

Entrance code via internet link, difficult with bad internet reception. Every explanations with vidéos instead of a simple printed version. Only a half roll of toilet paper for 5 nights.

todo muy bien, como comentarios de mejora, quizás la ducha con poca presión, ser más claro en las fotos que las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y hay que aclarar cómo poder tirar la basura mejor para poder volver a entrar en el edificio

The proximity to my friends. It was a secure building. The kitchen and dining area were good. The washer was good and they had a place for the clothes to dry over the tub.

To get into the beds one had to climb into them. Not good for elderly folks. To get into the bathtub it was quite high. There was no closet or hangers . Lots of mosquitos that were hungry and eager.
