Personnel très accueillant et très réactif. Le logement est assez spacieux et bien équipé (excepté la climatisation). Il est parfait pour un séjours sur Lyon hors période de canicule.
Le point noir est qu'il n'est pas équipé pour les épisodes de canicule. Il y a simplement un ventilateur sur pied dans le salon et un autre dans la chambre. Sauf que malgré l'aération la nuit, le logement reste très chaud. C'est donc très difficile de pouvoir y vivre ou dormir en période de canicule. A part ça il est très agréable.

It had everything we required and was in a good location. It was presentable, comfortable and clean and well fitted.
The many locks on the door made us worry about security. The welcome pack was very poor and unwelcoming. Why bother? The plug on the hairdryer was such that it didn’t work properly. Local information and details on how to use the tv and hob would have been helpful. The let in on our arrival was shocking and unacceptable causing us considerable unnecessary stress. This requires attention.
