It had everything we required and was in a good location. It was presentable, comfortable and clean and well fitted.
The many locks on the door made us worry about security. The welcome pack was very poor and unwelcoming. Why bother? The plug on the hairdryer was such that it didn’t work properly. Local information and details on how to use the tv and hob would have been helpful. The let in on our arrival was shocking and unacceptable causing us considerable unnecessary stress. This requires attention.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à Lyon. L’appartement était parfaitement propre, très bien situé et disposait de tout l’équipement nécessaire. L’accueil a été chaleureux et le professionnalisme irréprochable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement et y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Lyon.
