Excellent location, comfortable, lovely views across the Quay. Bed comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Lovely art work. Would recommend.
Only two little niggles.
The parking, whilst welcome, is very tight! Especially difficult as there was a massive 4x4 parked in front of the garage. Something to bear in mind if you have a large car.
Very disappointing not to even get milk provided. I travel a lot and when paying this much, a little welcome pack is usual. Just inconvenient after a long journey to have to go straight out again before you can have a cup of tea. Even the UHT pots would suffice for that first cuppa.

Just about got the car in the garage for parking so just check before you book as a bigger car wouldn’t have fit.

This is an exceptional apartment overlooking the Marina. The main living area was very comfortable and the facilities, especially in the kitchen, were excellent. The artwork was intriguing and there was an admirable attention to detail
All in all a fantastic apartment in a superb location.
Having family in Exmouth there is a good chance we will choose this property again
