It was spacious very clean and has everything you require .
The spa bath was lovely but shower not so good as very slow
The location was fantastic didn’t need car at all walked everywhere

I think the only thing they need to think about is people with allergies and wash bedding and towels like hotels do, in non biological non scented products. I took our own duvet cover, sheet and pillow.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from the centre and next to the seafront. Views of the marina. Close to a very good pub and a Rockfish restaurant.
A roomy well equipped apartment. The garage was a bonus but it was a tight fit for our Cupra Born, a bigger car would be difficult.
Customer service was outstanding. We were ‘evacuated’ for two nights because of an unexploded WW2 bomb and stayed in Exeter. The hosts offered to pay for our hotel for the first night, and provided a city centre apartment for the second. Communication was excellent.
The shower needed a hand held head as well as the fixed nozzle. An eclectic mix of furniture.
