Everything was good except a few things .The floor was creaky and there is no tumble dryer (so people should be prepared )Also there was no coffee & sugar as well .All the apartments & cottages we stayed in Scotland had both .That said, its a very good place to stay .Tram stop is about 10 mts walk from the house.
I would have liked that the house should have stock of coffee and sugar .

Great location & close to City Centre & Leith.
Issue with clean but dealt with immediately. Nice touch to leave beer/wine to compensate.

Location. Location. Location. Very central. Good access to public transportation. Quite clean.
But - no bedside lamps in 2nd bedroom - bare bulb. Poor hot water & heating !
