Great apartment.

Good sized apartment. Not too far to walk to transport or to walk to Edinburgh Old Town. Very close to Arthur’s Seat.

Great apartment for self catering and location.

The location of the apartment easy access into the city centre. The apartment was comfortable and well equiped with everything you needed for self catering.

The smell of cannabis coming from other apartments as you were coming out of the apartment building. However this would not prevent us from booking the apartment on our next visit to the city.

Good Value for what you pay.

Location was convenient to the bus system, only 7 minute walk to the bus stop from the property. Bus came every few minutes and less than 10 minutes to Princes Street from getting on the bus. If you are driving the free private car park is an bonus. Well furnished kitchen which has washing machine and dishwasher.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable for sitting on. Could do with being changed to something more comfortable. Mirror in the bathroom is too high for us shorter people! Kitchen seating unit and the floor in the seating area could do with an upgrade.

Their host was very nice along with the location is fantastic. The location Arthur Seat was very lovely which was near the apartment and was a great activity. Value for money.

The apartment welcomed us in a very shabby and worn-out condition. By that, we particularly mean the floors and the bathroom. The carpets are old, worn, and stained. The floor in the kitchen under the table is coming loose and is wavy. The mirror in one of the rooms was smeared. The toilet leaks, a cereal bowl was provided to catch the water. The kitchen is off-putting. The cutlery drawer and the extractor hood are dirty. The floors are greasy. The backrest on one of the benches is unstable and not fixed in place. One lightbulb is defective and has not been replaced before our arrival. Communication with the host was okay, but demanding and strict. Due to the overall uninviting condition, we consider the price-performance ratio to be poor. We cannot recommend the apartment in its current state and we felt very uncomfortable.

Heating hard to navigate, generally the cleaning was good, but a few items overlooked like washing machine, bin area, mattress stained, pillows could be improved, but nothing deterred from the overall enjoyment of our stay

Nice clean apartment in quiet well-situated location

Very clean property, even though a little worn in places. Quiet neighbourhood with good access to the city centre. Very nice bedrooms.

The TV instructions stated that Netflix was available to use but all the user accounts on Netflix required a pin code even though I was just trying to watch comedies such as "Grace and Frankie" so in the end I could not watch Netflix.

Would not hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment for a stay in Edinburgh

Lovely apartment for our weekend stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. In a quiet area with very little traffic noise. Easy access to the property. Fairly close to the city centre and tourist attractions

My only criticism is that the blinds in the front bedroom weren’t dark enough making it difficult to get to sleep and awoke early due to the amount of light they let in.

Good value and cosy stay!

Apartment had a really good location, with Holyrood Park right outside of our doorstep and with a window view of Arthur's seat made it delightful!

Communication between host was a little lost at times, we paid for extra linen of the sofabed but it wasn't there so had to contact the host in the late hours to have it arrive the next morning.

Great stay at the heart of Edinburgh

This property is excellent in every way it had everything needed for our stay with self catering facilities. Was exceptionally clean, modern and very central. Also very good value for our stay at at the heart of Edinburgh we couldn’t have asked for more. Also the free parking space is perfect as we did not need to stress about finding one.

Erinomainen sijainti, hiljainen katu. Siisti. Sopi todella hyvin allergikolle, ei pölyä, hajuja eikä eläimiä. Helppo sisäänkirjautuminen.

Suihkussa huono vedenpaine. Keittiössä vähän astioita. Keittiöön ei mahtunut kaikki 6 syömään, eikä olohuoneeseen kaikki istumaan, asunto oli muutenkin aika minimalistisesti sisustettu ja melko kulunut pinnoiltaan. Ei ylimääräisiä tyynyjä ja peittoja. Osa sängyistä narisi todella paljon.
