- While the street itself is quieter than the main road, this is still a central city location in a block of flats, so occasional urban noise may be heard, particularly at night. Guests who are light sleepers or working night shifts may wish to bring earplugs for extra comfort.
- NOT suitable for toddlers and young children, the first floor bay windows are around 2ft from the ground.
- 3 people max: 2 in the double bedroom one on the single sofa bed.
- ID verification and security deposit required (link provided after booking)
- Remote check-in via a key-safe (link provided once ID verification and security deposit paid)

Please note the bin area in the car park is currently not up to standard. I've raised this formally with the building's management company and it's being addressed.
