Quirky and convenient, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa di Alice. Being in our 60's, the simple practicalities are important to us. No long, narrow, winding roads, easy access, semi-rural location offering peace and quiet, onsite parking only 15m from the house, no steps or stairs, plenty of space, comfortable and well equipped, close to all amenities and only 10 mins from the wonderful town of Assisi. In addition, Daniela was a friendly and welcoming host and the property has a fabulous view of Assisi .......... a truly beautiful sight all lit up at night.

Das Casa di Alice Assisi hat mir ganz besonders gut gefallen und wird wohl immer in meiner Erinnerung bleiben. Ein echter Tipp. Die Gastgeberin Daniela war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine ganz tolle Frau! Ich war mit dem Motorrad unterwegs und mir wurde umgehend ein kostenfreier Parkplatz auf dem super sicheren Grundstück zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war klasse, das WLAN ebenso. Alles ist super sauber und lädt ein zum Wiederkommen. Eine tolle Küche mit allem was man sich vorstellt und ein großer Garten mit einem atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf die antike Stadt Assisi erinnern wirklich an einen Hauptgewinn. Sehr cool. Leider konnte ich nur 3 Nächte diese freundliche Unterkunft genießen. Das sehr ansprechend gestaltete Haus konnte mit 2 Schlafzimmern (ich habe nur eines benutzt und das war super) und sogar 2 geräumigen Badezimmern und vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten punkten. Schön an dem Haus war auch die unmittelbare Nähe zu Assisi. Dieses tolle Haus mit dieser tollen Gastgeberin werde ich ganz sicher wiederbuchen. Vielen Dank, Daniela :-)

I'm so glad I stayed at Casa di Alice! It's a cute, quiet, and comfortable home away from the busy tourist areas but with easy access to Assisi, Perugia, Spello, etc. I loved being able to visit nearby towns but then have my quiet home to return to in the evenings. Parking is easy. The bed is comfortable. There's a grocery store nearby so you can make meals in the kitchen instead of always dining out. The view of Assisi from the house is amazing, especially at night. And Daniela is a lovely person. She's a friendly and welcoming host and is very easy to communicate with. I stayed for three nights and wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you, Daniela!

Мы забронировали отдельный дом в Санта-Мария-дели-Анджели — и это было по-настоящему волшебно! Из окон и со двора открывается потрясающий панорамный вид на старинный город Ассизи. Город словно живёт своей жизнью — его цвет и настроение меняются в течение дня, особенно красиво наблюдать это во время еды за большим столом у окна или сидя с бокалом вина во дворе. Просто фантастика!
Нам предоставили отдельный уютный дом с собственной лужайкой, зоной барбекю, лежаками и полной приватностью. Вечера, проведённые с видом на Ассизи, стали настоящей медитацией и источником вдохновения.
Отдельно стоит отметить удобное расположение — легко добраться до всех ключевых городков Умбрии. Очень тихо, спокойно, есть своя парковка. Апартаменты оформлены с большим вкусом, просторные, светлые, с полностью оборудованной кухней, двумя ванными комнатами и двумя спальнями — идеально как для пары, так и для семьи.
Гостеприимная хозяйка сделала всё, чтобы наше пребывание было комфортным. Большой плюс , что возможно размещение с животными .
