Il posto era pulito e accogliente nella sua semplicità. Lo staff era disponibile e sorridente, ci ha aiutati anche a capire come spostarci verso le nostre mete.
La colazione era ottima, con prodotti non confezionati e sempre diversi.
Bella la piscina a cui potevi liberamente accedere per quasi tutta la giornata.
L'ingresso non è facilissimo da trovare per via del piccolo cancello, ma con un pò di accortezza ci si può arrivare.
Inoltre non c'è un vero parcheggio, si lascia la macchina nello sterrato un pò dissestato sotto gli alberi, a me non dava fastidio però è giusto segnalarlo.

Loved the location and the friendliness of the staff, Stefania is so lovely and helpful!
The air con did not seem to cope too well with the heat so we struggled a bit at night and there were so many mosquitos in the room despite us trying to keep the door closed as much as possible...luckily Stefania gave us a few things that helped with the mosquito bites:-)

Stefania was an excellent host. Very welcoming, very helpful and pleasant. Always smiling. The house is situated in the country in a tranquil setting with wonderful views and is well located to get to Assisi, Spello and other sites. You would definitely need a car. If you are looking for an authentic Italian experience in a beautiful setting then this is for you!
If you are used to staying in large hotels with international breakfasts and facilities then this is probably not the place for you. The rooms are chalet style in an purpose built outbuilding. They are perfectly clean and functionable with a nice shower and bathroom but they are small. Based on our experiences staying at other places in Italy we did find the Country house Poggio Fiorito quite expensive for the facilities available.
