Localização e calma. Apto bem decorado. Cozinha equipada e Simpatia da agência.
A falta de ar condicionado ou mesmo no mínimo um ventilador foi o que faltou sem dúvidas! Em pleno verão é inadmissível que o proprietário não invista 20€ que seja em um ventilador que seja. A porta de entrada também merece ser trocada por algo mais seguro e sem que arraste no chão ao abrirmos. A janela do quarto entra um claridade terrível pela manhã, a cortina que foi colocada não é a melhor opção para um sono reparador. O prédio é bem antigo e as escadas são tortas e barulhentas e é um 3 andar sem elevador.
