Urban Oasis Paris

The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a metro station and a food shop right next to the building. The owner was very helpful and let us leave our luggage at 12 pm so we could enjoy our light walking before check-in. I will definitely recommend this apartment to friends and consider it again if we are back in Paris

Um für fünf Personen zu kochen ist die Küche relativ klein. Hatten wir nicht vor, daher kein Problem für uns.

This apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family looking to enjoy their time in Paris. The building itself is an older Parisian building full of character and charm, yet it has been maintained beautifully. Access is very secure—you enter through a main steel entrance door using the code provided by the host, then proceed through another secure door before reaching the apartment. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The bedroom was spacious, the living room was comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of room for preparing meals, and the bathroom was spotless. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches such as soap, shampoo, and even shaving cream being provided. The location is excellent. The Eiffel Tower is about a 30-minute walk, the M1 metro station is right next to the apartment, and the neighborhood felt safe and pleasant throughout our stay. The highlight of our experience was the host. They were incredibly responsive and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. Every message we sent received an almost immediate, warm, and helpful response with clear instructions and useful information. That level of hospitality really made us feel welcome. Overall, this apartment offers a wonderful combination of comfort, security, location, and authentic Parisian charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

Decent apartment.

The property has lots of mosquitos and probably bed bugs. There are no mosquito screens on the windows. There is no way to have ventilation and air movement in the apartment without opening windows and inviting mosquitos. My kids each had atleast 10 bites by sleeping on the sofa bed. The owner was super nice to bring mosquito plug in repellent and bed bugs sprays but this should have been taken care before.
