The upstairs bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. The cleanliness and overall condition were far below expectations. The kitchen was dirty upon arrival, the dining chairs were heavily stained, and the couches were visibly unclean. Even the towels had hair on them, which immediately made us question the hygiene standards. The heating situation was unacceptable. Both upstairs and downstairs were extremely cold because the main heaters were not working. There was only one very small space heater provided, which was completely insufficient to warm the large front area where the kids were sleeping. To make matters worse, the front door appears to be a large glass window from what may have once been a salon, and it is poorly sealed, allowing cold air to constantly enter. The bathroom was the most concerning issue. The sink was clogged with hair and would not drain properly. Even worse, there was an active leak and a very strong sewage smell that spread from the bathroom into the dining area. There was visible mold present as well. This made the space feel unhealthy and unsafe.

Recommendations for families

Fantastically equipped facility. Everything you need for a stay with your family is available. The kitchen impressed us the most. Spacious and comfortable. The location is good, about 15 minutes to the metro station and about 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower

The radiators were cold all the time except in the toilet. We didn't know that it was an area from the bar, so we didn't feel the safest because the entrance is directly from the street.

Nice and spacious flat

Very clean and spacious, apart from a dirty freezer. Lots of nice clean towels. Really well situated in Paris with good local transport. Lots of lovely small shops and eating places around. Well equipped kitchen. Great shower.

Very smelly shower drains. Nowhere to put your clothes in the bedroom. Very low bedroom ceiling. Main radiators not working only small electric heaters. So it will be very cold inside if it freezes in Paris.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do metra. W sąsiedztwie market, kilka piekarni, restauracje. Spokojna okolica. Łóżka wygodne. Czystość ok.

Bardzo brzydki zapach pod prysznicem. Krzesła przy stole wymagają czyszczenia.

L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, è molto spazioso. Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione, con la metro si raggiungono i vari monumenti velocemente. Inoltre ha un supermercato vicino. La zona intorno è bella e tranquilla, ci si sente al sicuro.

Ubicación perfecta y amplio.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca del transporte público y del Sena. Desde las calles cercanas se ve la Torre Eiffel y se puede llegar dando un paseo de unos 25min.. Muchos supermercados cerca (un Franprix justo al lado)y una boulangerie enfrente con un personal muy amable. Zona de comedor/salón muy amplia. Instalaciones nuevas y cocina completa. Camas cómodas.

La entrada desde la calle al apartamento no estaba muy limpia. La limpieza del apartamento podría mejorarse.
