Pure Parisian joy, elegant space and beautiful atmosphere, so much within walking distance and a great place to stay!

We had a lovely stay.

Beautifully furnished apartment — very stylish and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the entire apartment was spotlessly clean. We had a very comfortable stay. We happened to stay in Paris during a heat wave, but the fans helped a lot. The downstairs bedrooms were much cooler than I expected, and in general, the lower level was cooler than upstairs. We were a family of four, so having two bathrooms was a plus. The location was very useful. Just a few minutes’ walk to Metro line 12. There was a grocery store nearby (Carrefour City) and a bakery with fresh baguettes and croissants for breakfast.

We loved the very modern feel of the property and that fact that it all seemed very new and in great shape. Some neat details. Very comfortable beds and that fact that there were fans there for the hot weather really helped. 2 bathrooms was great too. Really enjoyed ourselves here.

Very central apartment with a home from home feeling , an excellent accommodation

The apartment was fantastic, super clean and very spacious , everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms , the beds were really comfortable and the attention to details by the owners was amazing. We were a 15 minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower with every type of amenity on the doorstep . A brilliant place to stay .

Excellent location, beautiful apartment

The location was just fab! Quiet area, and 3mins to well connected metro station. The apartment is modern, beautiful interior, comfy beds. Sufficient mugs and cups, plenty of kitchen utensils and towels. Close to supermarket as well. We loved it, thank you Florence and Blaise! Plus the Nannybag tip was super, thanks a lot:)

Perfect stay in Paris

Lovely decorated and very comfortable apartment. So nice to have two bathrooms (one with shower and one with a bath). The little extra's instantly make you feel at home such as l'Occitane shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, Nespresso coffee cups and all kitchen supplies you need for a short stay. Restaurants and shops are just around the corner. Deposit is done by Swikly.com

Nothing. Just some maintenance for shower heads and then everything is perfect. Bedrooms downstairs are really quiet. In the living area you do hear some street noise.

Weekend break with the family

Brilliant location with shops and metro a few minutes walk away. Easy to get to all the sights, and love the glass floor to see downstairs (also kept the kids entertained waving at each other!) For Paris it was plenty big enough for the 4 of us and it’s a lovely as the pictures look!

Great location near metro stop and grocery store. Beautiful apartment, comfortable bed, well stocked with kitchen supplies for preparing meals at home. Would highly recommend

The stairs were a little dangerous. We all nearly missed the last step at least once because of shadows. Maybe add a handrail or alternative color for safety

Clean and modern

The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The apartment was within walking distance to the metro. The instructions for entry to the apartment were accurate and easy to follow.

The accommodation was a little smaller than we had hoped but we were only there for a few days so still acceptable.

Good

Nice decor. Comfy. Clean. Two bathrooms. Most kitchen necessities are available (except foil). Washer and dryer in apartment. Plenty of storage room (closet space and drawers). Easy check in. Getting backup key was easy. Responsive host (replied within minutes at almost midnight). Ran into housekeeper unexpectedly who is also friendly. Quiet neighborhood.

All are facts as below and I’m going to lead with: shower head in one of the two bathrooms only has cold water and we almost got burned with the steaming hot water. We communicated this with host after our first night and host stated two days after we checked out the shower head was functioning normally (no responsibilities taken). I lost the house key and €170 was deducted in €500 deposit (my opinion: if this happens to me then what other visitors would encounter?). Location further from city center and major attractions. Closest train station does not have easy access, difficult if you’re carrying heavy luggage.

Perfect cosy place and one of the best we’ve stayed at

One of the best we’ve stayed at. The place is huge, design/decoration is great and in such a convenient location. The apartment, bed and facilities are very comfortable and there was no noise at all. Anthony the host is superb and speedy with his response.

Located on the ground floor so there isn’t really a view but as soon as you step inside the apartment, you don’t feel it at all. You’re transported to a different place and it’s super quiet and so well designed.

Perfect Parisian Stay

The apartment is exactly like it is in the photographs. Modern, Spotlessly Clean, Lovely Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms which is great, Trendy kitchen area with island and everything you could possibly need. Brilliant location in a nice Parisian area 2 mins walk from a metro station - we felt safe at all times. Not like in some areas of Paris. If we decided to go to Paris again we would 100% stay here again. Also LOVED the “surprise” that is waiting for you when you go in!!!!

Great location and Decor.

Overall, we loved the apartment and the location. Being able to cook and wash our clothes during our week long duration was great! The decor was also really stylish and unique.

Only downside to this location were the beds. They weren't really that comfortable and I think this is something that could easily be improved with some better mattresses and pillows.
