Not pleasant, if you want to go on the piss and just need a bed and a shower for one night I guess it will pass, but for

The location right in the town centre, that was the only positive for us

Dark, depressing, not enough equipment in the kitchen to self cater, for example 3 forks, 1 wine glass, a broken chopping knife, minging dirty mugs that have not been washed for a good while etc, the list goes on. The kitchen units and bathroom were modern (I assume from previous owner) but the furniture was a weird mish mash of second hand care home kind of stuff. The bathroom was decent. The bed was super uncomfortable, could feel the springs and if you went too close to the edge you fell out. Best thing in the room was potentially a lava lamp but unfortunately it didn’t work. Basically we went out to the pub every night to avoid being stuck in there, so we were thankful for the location. It also would have been nice if some attempt had been made to decorate for Xmas, even if it was just a bit of tinsel. Also, not the fault of the owners at all, but some disgusting dog walker kept leaving their bagged up poo on the window ledge outside, which kinda summed up our stay.

Great base for walking the Pennine Way

Large, stylish apartment in the centre of Littleborough, plenty of amenities nearby, good public transport links, and well placed for walking the Pennine Way. Excellent communication from the host by email. Heating and WiFi worked well.

Nothing to dislike at the price we paid - £65 a night in January, excellent value for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Ideal for family visiting. Pleasant enough.

Ground floor apartment, quiet location. Comfortable. Lovely and warm. Great for older family due to no stairs. Lovely bathroom. Near the local shops and many cafes.

Bit mismatched. Iron but no ironing board. Mismatched crockery and cups. No hairdryer. Lack of proper car parking.

The accommodation was fine for what I needed it for - a short business trip

There was a lack of glasses, cups, plates etc.. For example, if my colleague and i wanted to have a glass of wine, there was only one wine glass. There were no dishes or bowls that could be used in the microwave. A couple of the plats and cups were not clean.

Great apartment in a prime location

Brilliant location and ease of checking in with clear instructions. Facilities and equipment very clean and of great quality. Lots of street parking nearby. Comfortable sitting room and a lovely big bathroom. We had a very nice stay whilst visiting friends and family.

Personally, I like to find a brief information sheet on how to locate the wheelie bins, directions to set the washing machine and an indication of what the heating system is set to. The instruction booklets were there, but I feel a fact sheet would be beneficial.

Nice located comfortable apartment with onsite parking

The apartment was centrally located for shopping but also for hiking and cycling. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. Ben gave us good instructions for checking in and out and was very responsive.

Lovely homely feel. Everything that you can possibly need. Easy to navigate your way in. Don’t let the fact it’s a ground floor apartment put you off, I heard nothing from the other apartments. Close to lots of amenities. Plenty of parking available too.

WiFi was a little temperamental but I’m sure the host would have sorted it if I escalated to them (which I didn’t)

Spacious, perfectly situated and lovely apartment

Oh wow! What a gorgeous place! Perfectly situated in the center of Littleborough right behind Sainsburys and a few minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is huge! Bright and airy with everything you need for your stay. Lava lamp in the double bedroom was a nice touch. No sound at all from the apartment upatairs. Quiet too so if, like me, you are looking for somewhere relaxing then its the perfect place! Ben, the owner is lovely. Very welcoming and personable. I am very proud that I was his first ever booking too and I know I got a fantastic price and it was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend 😍

The only thing I couldn't work out was the WiFi but im sure Ben would have sorted it if I had asked
