Very close to the centre with parking included. The host was excellent, little extras and always answered quickly to any queries we had.

2nd time at 27steps and won’t be last. Everything you need for a comfy and convenient stay in centre of HB . Beds comfy, shower powerful and all you need if you want to cook .

Ideal central property with parking, felt very homely and was a great space for us with even just a small dog. Everything you needed for a weekend / week away!

Location was excellent. Quiet street, and the flat was sunny. Lovely to sit outside at the front. A nice feel to the downstairs with the stone floor and arches into the kitchen. Kitchen appliances and shower worked well. I liked having the radio, and we looked at the books.

Could do with more utensils and teaspoons in the kitchen; and more than one tea-towel, for a few nights stay. Would've liked a bath mat for the shower, too. The double bed and the big sofa were a bit soft for us.

Excellent location, everything you need in the house. Great for the dogs. Fantastic restaurant just a minutes walk away. Comfy beds, helpful owners. Beautiful quiet street.

Only thing I didn't like was having to come home, wish I could have stayed longer.

Quiet but very central location. Enjoyed the big tv and neyflix. Good shower and comfortable beds.

Bit dusty in places. Nothing too bad but we have dust allergies so we noticed it.

This was an amazing property at a really competitive price! The bed was comfy, the kitchen well supplied with utensils and, best of all, the huge TV had sky movies! The location is close to the centre of Hebden Bridge and the Canal which offers some lovely walking. Loved my stay here.

It was perfect.

Location (loved the shortcut to town to the left as you exit the property that doesn't appear on Google maps). The street was filled with flowers (and the neighbours were all friendly too).

Needs a slip map and bathmat in the bathroom.

Lovely house in an excellent location could not get any closer to Hebden Bridge with lovely shops, cafes, restaurants & bars. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and very convient

Steep stairs but to be expected of a property that age

The location and general property are great. Very easy to find, with free parking outside. Great value for money for an overnight stay in Hebdon Bridge. But wouldn't pay more due to the negatives noted in my review.

The property is quite tired in places, particually the shower facilities. And generally it felt a little bare, having little to no personality. I understand it's often difficult to decorate a rental property due to varied tastes but a few plants, vases, ornaments etc around the rooms, in fireplaces etc, would elevate the cosy feel a property like this should have. Also there was a strong old property/damp musty smell throughout which further reduced the appeal for us. A shame as a few plants and oil diffusers could have possibly mitigated most of the above at minimal expense to the owners.

The best 2 days ever,this property is so lovely,so comfortable so quiet and has everything you would need. I totally recommend anyone to try this place. As soon as I opened the door,I wanted to stay forever. The best 2 nights kip I've had in a long time,super bed,super quiet. Great wifi,sky,Netflix,fully equipped kitchen etc and a few minutes from the main shops. I'm gutted that I had to leave. But I will definitely be back in the summer and staying longer.

Location and parking, great heating. Excellent value, clean and comfortable.

Nothing but note that the stone floor is cold so take slippers and park right outside the front door to be considerate to the neighbours opposite. There were a couple of small routine maintenance issues that I left a note about so I hope they will be sorted out by our next visit, we will definitely be back.

2 night stay for the xmas markets and very happy with the property the location is as good as you can get a 2 min walk into centre (turn left outside front door). We thought for the price we paid we couldnt ask for anything more highlights are the large TV with full sky sports, lovely large fireplace, rain forest shower, great heating system, free parking at the front of house, and the xmas tree was a nice touch. Its our 3rd time in Hebden Brigde but the 1st time at the 27 steps but would definitely stay again

Lovely little cottage, with parking right outside and only a 2 minute walk from the main street. An ideal location. Superb TV (full SKY) and fast Wi-Fi. Neighbours are chatty and friendly. A 2 min walk into town, though you need to suss that out for yourself as no local tourist information is provided in this property. Hosts are quick to reply to questions.

Booking.com states in it’s advertising for this property that its is professionally cleaned. I do not believe this to be the case. Booking.com also states that a First Aid kit is available, and it is……sadly, when I needed one, I spotted that it was 4 years out of date. Rooms have cobwebs, the carpets are grubby, as are the Venetian blinds on the kitchen window. I do have photos, should anyone care enough to enquire further. The whole place needs some TLC and attention. There are no instructions on how to use any heating/appliances. There may be a small bowl of chocolates left for arriving guests, but given the location, I would have preferred some Tourist Info, there was none. I left the property a day early, having slipped on the dirty, mossy, weed filled “patio” when I attempted to get something out of my car at about 6pm. There’s no outside lighting. The steps are uneven and slippery from lack of cleaning. It IS a very lovely cottage in a super location but I would advise caution when booking if you have even the very slightest of mobility issues!

The cottage was cosy and the bed very comfortable with nice clean sheets. The Milk and chocolates on arrival were very welcome. It was easy to gain entrance to the property with the keys kept in a key safe. Parking was free right outside the cottage. The cottage is perfectly placed for easy access to all the local amenities.

Parking a little tricky in a bigger car, no turning area means you need to reverse a few yards back down the road. The cottage was dusty with with areas being missed by the vacuum specifically the area under the French window in the sitting area which had dog hairs from previous dog and dead flies. The light fittings and the skirting boards need a wipe over too. The cups hadn't been checked, the first one my partner picked up had been put away without being washed. The stair carpet was badly stained too.

Nice, clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location. Good parking. Lovely that hosts provided milk, tea and chocolates etc on arrival. Would definately book again

Warm and cosy. Had coffee/tea making facilities on arrival (including fresh milk and chocolates). Big Sky Glass TV, including Netflix, (photo needs updating on the website). Location was very nice with a co-op within a few mins walk and a nice village with cafes/restaurants nearby. Property on an access only street so basically no traffic. Beds were comfy and the rooms had lots of storage space for a longer visit. Everywhere was clean.

Sink was a little too small in bathroom and could do with an extra shower head (both just preference as we stayed with a toddler). Property is down a narrow street (dead end) so if you have a big car, can be a bit tricky getting back out (either have to reverse all the way out or do a 100 point turn :) )

The location is spectacular-literally 27 steps to the pub. Cottage has everything you'd need, including milk & chocolate on arrival.

There was nothing we didn't like. We didn't really use the facilities as we ate out every night, but the kitchen seemed to have everything we might have needed. I found the furniture comfortable although if 4 people were staying space might be a little tight in the living room (1 sofa, 1 armchair).

Second visit. All good +++++
