The Location.
The key collection and drop off is a task and need to walk for a 7 minutes. The Bath towels are very poor quality and whether you stay for 1 night or 4 nights they provides only 1 per person. Bedsheets and blanket for sofa were not fresh and clean. The placement of AC is like only for Sofa and kitchen. People sleeping on Bed are struggling for AC.
