CAESARS is a fully renovated 1 bedroom apartment located in the heart of downtown on Avenue Jean-Médecin.
In a modern style including beautiful rounded chandeliers, it is fully equipped to allow you to enjoy your stay.
Ideally located on the main and famous shopping avenue Jean-Médecin, it is oriented on the opposite side of the avenue and overlooks the roofs which allows it to enjoy calm.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is fully air conditioned and has a free WIFI connection by fiber optic.
You are located in the city, you will find 30 seconds walk from major retailers such as Fnac and the main shopping center Nice star with 120 shops. The Monoprix supermarket is just a few steps away.
Also, you will be just minutes from the beaches.
The tram that runs on this avenue allows you to move very easily in the city.

The quiet living room consists of a nice sofa, a coffee table, a flat screen TV, a dining table with design chairs for 4 people and air conditioning.
KITCHEN :
The kitchen is equipped with all the following equipment: a fridge, an oven / microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
BATHROOM :
The bathroom adjoining the room has a beautiful shower, a towel holder, a hairdryer and toilet.
There is also a washer and dryer.
BEDROOM :
The quiet room with its own private bathroom includes a comfortable Queen Size bed, a nice bench placed against the window. You can enjoy rooftop views and air conditioning.
You will be just few minutes away from the city's must-see places such as: "Coulée Verte" (Garden in the middle of the city), Place Masséna, Old Nice and its local specialties as well as the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.
It is just a 5-minute walk from the train station to nearby towns such as Cannes or Monaco.

We were put off with the entry to the Apartment block as it is in need of major renovations. Once you get in the (very small ) lift and into the Apartment all is well.
