Great apartment with all you need, clean and spacious, wonderful location in the city center easily walking 5-10min to the beach, train station.

The water in the shower drains slowly and may leak, it would be good to have a mop there.

From the time of booking, communication with the host was clear and prompt. The key handover was in person and the host arrived exactly on time. The location of the apartment was excellent, it felt very safe, it was close to the train station, the tram for the airport, Place Masena and it was also easy walking distance to the old town and the beach. The apartment had everything I needed for a self catering stay and it was great to have a washing machine. The balcony was a decent size and it was peaceful to sit out there. Apart from a couple of evenings when I heard loud music from the neighbour, there was no noise at all, which was great, it was very peaceful. I was a little concerned about sleeping on a sofa bed, but it was actually very comfortable, really it was like sleeping in a real bed, I slept very well. It was a perfect place to stay, I would say don't hesitate if you're thinking about booking this apartment!

I thought the check in time was quite late, 16:00, but I see that's not that unusual in Nice. It would have been possible for me to check in earlier, but to do that I was told I would have to pay 40 euros. That's the first time I've ever been asked to pay to check in early. I declined and just spent the day in the city.

Жахливий запах з ванної кімнати, який нічим не перекривався, шматок стелі звисав прямо над диваном. Здавалось що вулиця тиха, але щоночі о 11 вечора - 1 ночі по вулиці приїжджає машина забирати сміття створюючи шум і гуркіт. Також сусіди влаштували святкування, кидали петарди, і на зауваження не реагували. Заселення в чітко визначений час, після 20- додатково 40€ за пізнє заселення, після 21:30 - 50€.

El alojamiento es como se muestra en las fotos, cerca de la estación de trenes a 10 min caminando. El sofá cama y almohadas son cómodas, estudio espacioso. Lo malo es que el baño estaba sucio con pelos en los cajones del lavabo, ducha con hongo, puerta y techo manchados por la humedad y salía agua por arriba de la ducha, detalles que pudieron haberse evitado y la estadia hubiera sido excelente, lo bueno es que avise y fueron al otro día a limpiar. Ademas el alojamiento tiene un olor extraño que se pasa cuando se abre las ventanas pero se vuelve a sentir cuando pasa mucho tiempo cerrado. Otro detalle que cobran por todo, piden garantía, que aún no se devuelve porque no se ha cumplido la fecha, para pasar las llaves piden una hora exacta y si llegas tarde te cobran 40€ pero en mi caso el personal llego tarde, pero muy simpática la persona que me atendio y preocupada, es una empresa la encargada de arrendar.
