Good location.

There is a note by the door indicating that the below neighbours are very noise sensitive. It felt like we had to whisper when talking, that reduced the relaxing effect of the location, always feeling stressed about being too loud. The ‘bedroom’ is a very low ceilinged loft, you cannot stand up when going to bed, you have to bend in half to move around in the ‘bedroom’. To leave the loft you have to start by walking down stairs while crouching, when frankly felt unsafe when needing a nighttime bathroom break. The second ‘bed’ is a pull out couch, but if you want linens for it, it will cost an extra €20. I found this very petty as I had booked for three people and then seeing a ‘if you chose to sleep separately’ line in the welcome instructions that the bed-couch linens can be provided at extra cost from an ‘extras’ website. The bathroom is also in need of attention, there are many unpainted drywall patches around the towel mount and the corner is worn down to the metal. Around the bathroom door handle is discoloured with grime.

Idéalement situé, à quelques pas de la gare qui nous a permis de visiter toute la côte, de l'avenue Jean Médecin, et de la Prom. Tous commerces à proximité, un carrefour city juste en bas et un monoprix à 100m. Accès autonome à l'appartement parfait. Parfaitement équipé, salle de bain pratique.

La mezzanine est très basse de plafond, attention aux bosses. Mais on s'habitue vite, ça n'a pas été un soucis, même pour mon mari qui est très grand.
