"Le Sunlight" by EnjoyNice, quiet and cosy studio with terrace!

Great location, easy walking distance to everywhere that I wanted to go although the tram is only 3 minutes away as well. Close to lots of cafes, and grocery stores like Monoprix or Lidl. The balcony is definitely small and the view is of parked cars and other buildings but I still enjoyed using it in the morning for breakfast and later in the day for wine and snacks. The building and the unit itself were very quiet and I found the bed to be comfy so sleep was easy. Communication with the very pleasant owner was simple and quick using either email or WhatsApp.

I could have used a few more hooks in the bathroom as counter space is tight but it was still manageable.

Emplacement très pratique à proximité des 3 lignes de tramway, à mi-chemin entre la gare et le centre ville. Appartement propre. Balcon donnant sur une grande cour intérieure calme. Cuisine correctement équipée. Machine à laver.

L'emplacement est très bien, près de tout, centre ville, commerces, vielle ville, transports, plage, musés... Ville très bien desservie en transport que ce soit pour la ville en elle même mais pour les alentours aussi. L'appartement très propre et bien équipé. J'ai très bien dormie, dans un canapé lit un peu mou mais qui pour moi était parfait. Je n'aime pas les lits dur et je n'ai pas eu mal au dos du tout. Parfait pour moi. Accueilli par un hôte très gentil et très disponible pour des renseignements. Merci à lui.

Murs un peu fin, j'ai à priori dérangé une voisine un soir avec la télé pourtant qui n'était pas forte (mais peut être une voisine un peu sensible :)) Pourquoi pas un peu plus de vaisselle et il manquait une chaise. 2 , 3 bricoles à réparer mais rien qui ne soit dérangeant pur moi.

Lovely little apartment. Very clean, relatively spacious and well equipped in a quiet centrally located street. The balcony, though small, was great to sit out on, plenty of room and hangers for clothes. Decent hairdryer, iron, and shower - all important. We were minutes walk away from 2 supermarkets, and the main shopping streets, the beach was less than 10mins away and lots of easy to use public transport nearby. Vitto allowed us to drop off our luggage early which helped and allowed us to orientate ourselves.

Nothing at all we didn't like, though it has a sofa bed which was large and comfortable enough to sleep on. An actual bed may be an improvement for sitting on.
