The large size of the apartment and its location. The presence of the AC. Lots of hangers and storage. The washing machine and the drying rack.
The curtains in the master bedroom did not block the street light at night. It would be nice to deep clean the bathroom that has some black mold in it. Also the shower in the master bathroom is set up for failure with the current hanging solution. The kitchen would benefit from kitchen towels, but it has a decent amount of pots/pans, plates and cups. The welcome bottle of wine was a bit insulting (1.99€ sweet bubbles from Lidl).
