Great place for long weekend Swansea visit. Quiet and private with own secure parking. Great VFM.

Convenient location for shops and local eateries, cosy ground floor flat, good facilities, secure parking, safe and surprisingly peaceful, private, and quiet. Hosts very helpful and friendly communications.

The property had good potential but needs attention to detail, heating you can turn on and off, and significant cleaning

It included parking

All access was provided by combination locks which we weren’t able to see in the dark. At one point I had to jump over a 5 foot wall so I could get out of the rear parking area because I couldn’t see the combination lock. The heating was dictated elsewhere in the property so we had to ask for heaters as the place was really cold when we arrived. The exterior of the property was dirty, unkept, thick weeds and litter across the front entrance, which we were told we couldn’t use. Pillows were old and flat, bedding was paper thin, flooring in the kitchen had come apart, no blanking plug in the stainless sink & drainer in the kitchen. Seemed to be very little attention to detail which doesn’t fit with the name. I’ll go to premier inn in future, thought I’d try air bnb but wasn’t impressed at all. Heating is a fundamental in a properly which you should be able to control if you’re paying to stay!

Excellent facilities overall

The property was so clean during my stay. I felt myself so comfortable. This property was valuable for money. I’ll recommend this property. The room and kitchen were good and even good facilities in the kitchen side.

The heating system was low during my time.

Location good but rough area smelt damp stale sheets disgusting front building poor state

It was near to the location we wanted that had parking

Dirty bed sheets human hair on them, when I removed the sheet the mattress protector had blood stains on.. disgusting and outside front was rubbish everywhere right trampy

Clean, Modern, Comfortable and Excellent Value for Money

Full self contained apartment, clean, modern and comfortable.

I liked everything about the property, if there was one thing that would have been useful would have been for there to be shower gel shampoo and conditioner - I didn’t expect them, but then saw containers in shower so didn’t buy any for in shower they were empty. So I would say either provide or remove the containers, but this is just a very minor thing because honestly it’s a wonderful place and excellent value for money, not a negative just some constructive feedback was still a 5 star stay and will recommend to all my colleagues who need to come down to the area

The accommodation was fine, just what l said above.

The location was fine, as l know my way round that part of Swansea.

The big fault was that there was no security light, so when arriving home after dark it was made more difficult to gain entry.

Swansea Wedding

The flat was in a great location. Everything you could need was supplied.

We found it difficult stopping, opening gates ect every time you went in or out. (1 of the party is disabled) The bed was very uncomfortable, we did turn the mattress and ended up buying a mattress topper to put on top and we managed. The TV was very intermittent - bad when we wanted to watch the Ladies football finals - ended up going out. It was a bit weird having a light shine under door towards toilets from flat next door.

Really nice and I will certainly recommend and use again!

Everything I expected was met. I will certainly recommend and go again. A designated car pack was particularly great because parking in the area is tight, so I was so relieved to have a place just for me to park! Very polite lady who runs the place.
