City Centre Penthouse Bedroom

Extremely clean, lovely host, everything was provided and it had everything I wanted! Great location close to Chinatown and the city centre in a quiet area with close by amenities.

Very little! For the price you can't do better.

Comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean apartment in a great location. The host was super friendly and helpful and responded to messages quickly.

Nothing

The room was very clean plus had exclusive access to bathroom. A short bus ride to Edgbaston stadium for the cricket.

Not much going on in the immediate area but 15 min walk or short bus ride gets you to the city centre

Only there one night before being asked to leave by the owner who called the police

The owner was difficult. He asked me what time I was going to arrive & I told him 3 to 3.30 pm. Said he couldn’t make it as he was busy & people didn’t normally arrive on a Saturday & said he would leave instructions but he only did this after 5. Claims he called me 3 times but I called him 11 times see photo. Eventually he sent a message saying he didn’t hear my calls as it was noisy where he was. He left the flat open so I could get in. I indicated I was struggling with the door locks to close them & he said he would show me later. He arrived at 2.30 am. I tried discuss this with him the next day but he then asked me to leave as he didn’t feel safe. And called the police when I said I had nowhere else to go. So I am due a refund for the 2 nights I had to stay elsewhere.
