I loved the location of the property , the apartment itself was specious and perfect for two guests , loved how there was mirrors all over the room,bathroom and the building.

I don’t think there’s a access to the back garden but I may be wrong

Everything was great. Easy to get into, clear instructions on where keys were and where to park.

The location is a strong point, with shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and a bus stop right outside, which is very convenient for public transport. The property was easy to access, looked nice from the outside, and communication was generally prompt — I received quick responses to calls and messages when I needed help. Inside, the room was a little tired, but acceptable considering the price.

Despite the listing stating that towels were available, there were none in the property on arrival. Although I received a quick response via the messaging service, there was no apology — and a simple “sorry” would have gone a long way. I was initially told someone would bring towels, but no timeframe was given. When I followed up, I was then informed they were already on the property and where to find them. Fortunately, I was able to locate them, but this wasn’t communicated clearly from the start and I was in a rush to get to work. Additionally, the listing mentioned basic toiletries, but only partially used, nearly empty bottles of shower gel and shampoo were provided, which felt unhygienic. It would be better to provide no toiletries at all than to leave used products for guests. Regarding parking, the listing mentioned nearby parking and referenced a specific street, but as a short-term traveller this was not clear or particularly helpful. I did call for assistance and someone tried to guide me, but ultimately it came down to finding a space in an area with varied and restrictive parking rules. Overall, while the price and location are positives, I didn’t feel particularly “taken care of,” which contrasts with how the property is presented in the listing. Clearer communication, better preparation, and more attention to guest experience would make a significant difference.
