Appartamento con ampi spazi, luminoso, letti molto comodi, doccia grande, fermata del bus pubblico davanti allo stabile, vicinanza al centro della città raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti. Proprietario gentile e disponibile, ci ha permesso di entrare un'ora prima nella casa visto che era pronta.

Il lavandino del bagno era otturato quindi l'acqua non scendeva ed era inutilizzabile, lo abbiamo detto subito al proprietario ma nessuno è intervenuto. Così abbiamo dovuto noi smontare il sifone e liberarlo di tutta la sporcizia, è stato un grande disagio. Mancanza di tovaglia o tovagliette per mangiare, bagno senza finestra e privo di appendini per gli asciugamani, non ci sono zanzariere quindi le zanzare ci hanno tormentato tutte le notti. All'arrivo, e per tutto il primo giorno, non c'erano asciugamani per tutti e mancava il sacco per la spazzatura in cucina, che abbiamo avuto successivamente.

The beds in the bedrooms were very comfy, it was great to have access to a washing machine and a separate space to dry clothes. The kitchen diner lounge room was spacious, lovely big table and appreciated the floor to ceiling blackout curtains in all the rooms!

The art work in the hallway perhaps wasn't family friendly but the place was stylishly decorated.

The property was clean and well maintained

Only during nights it’s a bit harder to reach the apartment if your dependent on public transport

The apartment is not bad per se, but there are things that we did not like or did not consider appropriate for a place you are renting.

the list is not small, first of all the pillows were too thick making it impossible to sleep. the toilet room did not have any ventialtion system, neither did the bathroom with the shower. In the bathroom in front of the shower there were loose electrical cables with no protection whatsoever and that is hazardous, as there was no courtain either. There were not enough or glasses for five people, no AC and no freezer, on very hot days. And last but not least, the images on the wall of the corridor are not apt for all ages, so it would be nice to know these exist so people can choose to be ok with that or not. We are not prudes and we find nudity super acceptable and nice but it should be advised as some pics are borderline. Same thing with the many animal heads hanging on the wall of the living room. We found those very disturbing as we do not believe in killing animals and having their heads as trophies, that was much more offensive than the naked pictures of women in the corridor. As I said not against anything, I just wished I knew so we could decide whether we were ok with that or not as part of our family trip.
