Second time staying here and there is nothing not to like. My only issue is I booked the wrong room ! We had a partition and no bedroom door which was annoying if one of us wanted to stay up and watch TV. However I should of checked. The apartment is clean and had an amazing hot shower. Great location for us. Plenty of restaurants and a supermarket close by. Walls in our apartment were a bit thin and we had to ask next door to keep quiet a few times. I wouldn’t hesitate coming here again but will make sure I book apartment 20 which we had last year

We arrived late because of a train disruption and asked to extend our stay. This was apparently not available as the unit was booked but no offers of alternatives were made. We did not get a price adjustment either,
I have allergies to mould and this property was full of the smell of mould. This was a big issue for me.
The kettle did not work. No instructions were available for the stove and it was unmarked so I could not look it up on line.
There was No grab bar in shower.
No extra seating was provided for kitchen area. The sofa was very worn and uncomfortable.
Tv was not connected to local service but relied on guests to stream on their own subscriptions.
The housekeeper was very helpful in arranging a taxi when ours did not arrive,

The property was very clean, warm and and included everything we needed for the weekend (tea bags, shower gel etc). It was a lovely hub for us to come back to after a day exploring Bruges, and the location was fantastic.
At a complete stretch, my husband would've liked a couple of coffee pods for the machine that was provided, but not essential.

Location was perfect, lovely bathroom and good shower.
Could do with updating, cupboards were very tired. We were scared to go near the radiators just in case they came off the wall.
Old yogurt and milk left in fridge half opened.
Sticky sweets at the top of wardrobe.

Location was brilliant very short walk into the square and back to the train station
Apartment was large and had everything I needed - including a sofa bed which was very comfy
Was a little noisy out on the street due to maintenance being done early morning
Plus there was a dirty water smell

the location was good, everything was very clean, pretty spaceous, nice TV and the kitchen is very furnished although we did not use it. the beds are very comfortable too. they even have an elevator even if there are only 2 floors.
the walls are pretty thin. even though we appreciate the luggage room, it was a bit uncomfortable to share i openly with everyone else at the hotel.

good location. spacious, luggage room is a good option
some furniture need updating

It was had an elevator, enough space and the location wasn’t bad. Communication with the off-site host was prompt if unhelpful.
Where to begin? The overpowering stench of sewage hits you like a wall the moment you enter the front door. It only gets worse in the apartment. The walls are paper thin, the towels are cheap and raggedy, many things are broken, there’s black mold in a large section of the shower ceiling, no espresso machine, no dishwasher, and the place was just dirty.

Good location in city centre, comfortable, easy check-in and -out. Luggage room.
Would stay again.
All was fine. The apartment we stayed in (no.21) was on the second floor under the roof. This was very nice but the wall between the bedroom (with double bed) and the kitchen-living room where we had a third bed does not go up to the ceiling, so it is basically one room separated by a brick screen. It did not bother us but could potentially be annoying if one snores or want more privacy.
There was a smell of sewage in the common corridor on the ground floor but no smell in the apartment - this however seems to be a problem in Bruges (it smelt of sewage in different places throughout the city) generally and is not a problem related to the apartment.

The location was great and close to parking. The inside of the apartment was clean.
The windows didn’t have screens, and the weather was warm. When we opened the windows, many mosquitoes came in and bit us. The area outside the apartment was not clean and had an unpleasant smell.
8.0 / 10.0
Very good location — easy walking distance to main sights, the train station, and a grocery store just 2 minutes away. Big windows with good soundproofing, lots of light, and a charming street view. Comfortable beds and quality bedding.
No air conditioning, and it was very hot. Only one room had a mosquito screen, so the second couldn’t be ventilated. If the windows are open, you may hear cars passing over the cobblestones — still, we appreciated the charm and character of the street as part of historic Bruges. The fan was noisy and not effective. The sofa cover is worn, but when opened and used as a bed, it’s comfortable. The bathroom is clean but dated; the ceiling needs attention. There’s a door (not a solid wall) in the entrance area, so noise from neighbours may be heard.

The size of the property was great for three travellers.
Good location, easy walking to all nearby attractions
There was a funny smell when entering the down stairs area.
There was not a smell in the room!

This was a nice location, a walk to the town center but very nice. Quiet. It was a little used looking but bright spacious roooms and everything you need. Good shower. Also gave us storage for our luggage prior to checkin time. Very friendly hosts.

Lovely apartment in a very central location. It was easy walking distance from the railway station, and a few minutes away from the busy city centre, and access was straightforward.
We didn’t see any staff the whole time we were there but had contact details in case we needed them.
Comfortable bed, spacious living/dining area and a nice bathroom.

Close to everything yet quiet. Clean property with a comfy bed. Great shower. Plenty of towels and would stay again.
No bottle opener - strange when it’s renowned for Belgium beer.
Slight musty smell
Toiletries does not mean shower gel so had to buy some
Hairdryer really weak and I have short hair

The beams had a ton of dust. Shower and bathroom ceiling were moldy. Could use a deep cleaning.

Great location, large rooms, elevator in building.
Power went out for over an hour and it took too long for the manager to turn it back on. Unit could use a good dusting. Some items were missing from kitchen and made it a challenge to cook.

great location, really quiet but only 10-15 minutes walk to the Belfry. little supermarket 2 minutes walk, other shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
lovely open plan loft apartment, well furnished, big & v comfy bed, sofa, small kitchenette with everything we needed (we didn't do much cooking, but we did boil some eggs, make toast and keep things in the fridge)
very good shower and nice clean bathroom with plenty of soap & toilet rolls
flat was well heated and everything in good working order.
bright and airy in the day, quiet and cosy in the evening.
building clearly well maintained - good lift, nice space to leave luggage on check out day.
hosts were responsive and thoughtful
we nearly missed the info about the local tax (€4 per day each)

Loved this little place.
Had everything we needed. Perfect location, easy walk from the train station, then easy walk around the town.
Comfy beds, nice and light and airy.
Easy instructions to get in and we could leave our bags before and after check in.
Very chilled place.
Could do with a coffee pot or cafeteria.
9.0 / 10.0
Very good location - just a few minutes walk to the old town centre. Very comfortable beds, espeically since the 2nd bed was an actual bed and not just a pull out sofa. And good facilities in the kitchen
No oven. The bathroom had some mould or calcium build up, especially in the shower head.

Excellent location for all the main attractions, supermarket just down the road. Good instructions on how to access the apartment and there was a luggage storage room for pre- and post- check out.
Elevator available. Nice spacious apartment with everything you need which was lovely and warm on arrival. Large bed with high quality mattress and bed linen. Black out curtains did a great job of helping us to get a good night's sleep. Plenty of very hot water and good water pressure in the shower room. We would definitely stay again.

Location was good. TV with Internet was good. Apartment was warm.
The apartment wasn't anything like the ones pictured. No beams, no decent lighting, very grubby/grimey in the corners. In serious need of redecorating/updating. The smell of sewage and mould/damp hits you when you open the door to the holiday apartments. there is no reception desk and nobody there to greet you at any point. The door to the block and the apartment itself is just by key code. The bathroom and kitchen were very grimey in all corners, although surface areas had been cleaned, the corners are filthy and the extractors are covered in dust and grime. The towels were clean but some had holes the size of the palm of your hand in them. The chopping boards had black ingrained mould specks on them which couldn't be washed off. There was soap and shampoo etc but it wasn't hotel or apartment grade, it was just cheap supermarket stuff - big bottles of it that clearly everyone was expected to share and use. Had I known, I would have brought my own with me. The sponge in the kitchen sink wasn't a fresh one - this should be replaced with every new visitor. Every corner is peeling - the splash back in the kitchenette is jjst rotten old cork. The window in the bedroom didn't seem to open and there was a strange wooden frame with what looked like mosquito netting on it, just leaning against the window.- no idea what is was for, but my toddler touched it and it fell off onto her. The light switches for the bedroom were at the back of the room in the middle of the bed on the wall - so unpractical as you had to walk to the back of the room in the dark and lean over the bed to turn on the bedroom light. Also super annoying if you have young children because all they will want to do is turn the lights on and off because they are so low and within reach.

Location was excellent, easy walking distance to all attractions and train station. Apartment was spacious, warm and had everything you needed. The bed was super comfortable. The shower had some oomph to it which was welcome for aching muscles after walking around for hours. The only thing missing was a cooker, but I’m sure most would not need such a thing with all the places to eat nearby, we just eat rather late and most places are shut by the time we get hungry (8pm)
There was not anything negative about this property, although I would suggest changing the room security to a key box so that the codes are not needed to be remembered every time you enter your room, it was fine for main entrance but couldn’t remember two codes in a short time and had to write it down and trying to dig it out of your pocket and press the buttons with gloves on and bags full of beer and chocolate is a juggling act, that was after I had put my glasses on to see what I was doing! Younger people visiting probably would not have the same problem, more of an age thing 😭

The location was excellent. Only 10 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk into the centre of the old town. Although on a main street, it was really quiet. The curtains were excellent - kept the place really dark. The heating was good and the big bed was comfortable.
The kitchen hadn't been cleaned, nor the bin emptied despite our late arrival. Although the hosts agreed to send back their housekeepers the following day, we'd already had to clean up. We only requested a bin liner to be left outside the apartment to change the bin ourselves and that we didn't want anyone entering the apartment during our stay. This was ignored, and someone came in to change the bin. The hosts were apologetic, but as our request was quite explicit, there was really no excuse for this. Apologies were given, but a bottle of wine to soothe our annoyance wouldn't have gone amiss.
Some of the cutlery and crockery were dirty.
The towel rail hadn't been cleaned in a very long time.
The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were stained. There was mouldy sealant in the shower.
The place had a feel of neglect and being dated and could do with an overhaul. For the price we paid, we expected a lot more. We stayed in apartment 11.
There is a strong smell of drains as you entered the main building but I think this must be a Bruges thing.
