Beautiful house, very clean & homely. Had all facilities including much needed aircon in the top bedroom as we were in the middle of a heatwave. Katrien even put some drinks in the fridge - some were complimentary and some were available to buy. But they were a nice touch particularly in the heat. Location was excellent with all areas of the old town in walking distance.

Steep narrow stairs - but I suspect that is typical of all houses in the old town.

Very quiet area, but not far to restaurants and pubs. Good small supermarket nearby, very clean, and generally very well-equipped

Stairs were quite steep (not much that could be done, but guests should be aware). Slightly odd that the top bedroom (2nd floor) had a shower, but no toilet (but I imagine there were good plumbing reasons for this), which does mean that a night-time loo trip (essential for some of us oldies) might reuire a trip down the steep stairs. The oven was high up above the microwave, and a bit tricky to get things in and out, particularly as we couldn't find an oven cloth - probably most people won't use an oven, so wouldn't be an issue an issue. Overall though, we really liked the property - just worth bearing these points in mind. If my arthritic ankles get worse, it could prove tricky!

Excellent location. Clean and well appointed house. The stairs are steep but were manageable for my 83 year old mother in law.

Fantastic location! Clean and the perfect space for 5 people. Great amenities and some very generous gifts from the host.
