The villa is located in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the Casino, La Reserve, Lakeside Paradise, Avenue Lippens, Sailing Clubs. Entrance with cloakroom and toilet, large living room with open fire, separate dining room and very large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, 1 of which has access to the large bathroom (equipped with bath, toilet & double sink), 2 bedrooms with shower and sink, 1 bedroom with sink. 2 of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds (200*180), a children's room is composed of 2 bunk beds (200*90), 1 bedroom is equipped with double beds (200*180) & bunk beds (200*90). The garden is fenced and has a beautiful south-facing terrace. Large garage (allowing to park bicycles & a car) and laundry room (washing machine & dryer). Please note that household linen (towels and sheets) is not included in the rental. Please therefore bring sheets and duvet covers as well as towels. Except for the master bedroom, which has a double duvet, all duvets are single. In addition, from mid-April to mid-September, we also provide a beach hut equipped with table, parasol, windbreaker, shovels and buckets)
