Well equipped house in quiet location full of character.

Location was perfect, one a very short drive from Bruges (10 minutes max) Nice house. Beautiful sitting room. Well equipped. Quiet. 1-2 minutes walk from a delicatessen and restaurants in Damme. Lovely big enclosed garden. Perfect for dog.

4th bedroom was in the roof up a very steep ladder. I found it very difficult to get down and needed help due to fear of heights.

Charmante verblijfplaats, super gelegen maar voor 8 personen te weinig badkamer.

De ligging

De badkamers op de kamer. Eigenlijk niet echt 3 volwaardige badkamers. In 1 van de kamers was er enkel een douche en geen mogelijkheid om je tanden te poetsen bijvoorbeeld. Ook van de bovenste badkamers liep de douchekuip over door een verstopping die men heeft komen oplossen tijdens ons verblijf. Idem douche beneden was verstopt en heeft men komen vrijmaken. Tip: Wij raden de eigenaars aan om de witte tapijt in de living te verwijderen. Deze heeft een zodanige grote harenbedekking dat het onmogelijk is om deze proper te houden. Wij hebben met een borstel enorm veel vuil verwijderd wat ook logisch is bij zulke beharing. Hygiënisch gezien zou je deze best wegdoen en een beter te onderhouden tapijt leggen. het bed waar mijn vrouw en ik in sliepen was een beetje doorgelegen.

aanrader - gezellig, historisch huisje met alle comfort

een zeer gezellig huisje met tuin, op een historisch pleintje, de zeer gezellige inrichting, het lampje brandde id living en gaf onmiddellijk een gezellig gevoel. Mijn bed was iets te hard maar de tweede nacht as het veel beter... hebben gezellige gezinsmomenten gekend.

we waren erg gecharmeerd door het huisje maar ik zou volgende tips willen geven aan de hosts: voldoende wc-papier voorzien, vlekken op kookfornuis kan je verwijderen door JEX zeep, servies is niet altijd even netjes achtergelaten door vorige huurders en degelijke waterkoker.

We hebben een prima en gezellig verblijf gehad in huis Tilia.

Mooie inrichting, en het was zeer schoon.

Het huis is oud (prachtig!) maar daardoor gehorig -houten vloeren-. De sanitaire voorzieningen zijn qua plaats in het huis bijzonder. Een extra wastafel was fijn geweest.

Een klein stukje paradijs in het pittoreske Damme.

Dit huisje in Damme is echt een paradijsje op aarde. Het is heerlijk rustig gelegen tussen het groen, op een doodlopend pleintje waar alle rust troef is. Het huisje is verder ook heel gezellig ingericht, met voldoende ruimte voor een groot gezin (en in ons geval een hondje). De ruime veranda in de tuin is een enorm pluspunt op mooie (of regenachtige) dagen. Verder is het ook de ideale uitvalsbasis om de buurt te verkennen, of zelfs om met de boot naar Brugge te varen!

Tilia, een parel van een vakantiewoning in Damme

Wat een mooie accommodatie is Tilia! Perfect, volledig en smaakvol ingericht. Magali verwelkomde ons met een korte nuttige rondleiding in het vernieuwde en knap opgefriste interieur. Het flesje cava en de verse bloemen lieten ons meteen thuis voelen. De woning ligt in een rustig uithoekje van het pittoreske Damme. Wij waren met een familie van 7 en hadden een uitstekend verblijf. Een aanrader dus! Wij keren terug naar Tilia!

Super!

Super mooie woning met erg veel ruimte. Damme is een fantastisch mooi stadje, en met de auto ben je met een kwartier in Brugge. De communicatie met de eigenaar was snel en prettig. De woonkamer is ontzettend gemoedelijk, en in de keuken is er ook zitplek mocht dat nodig zijn. Omdat het winter is hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt van de tuin, maar deze is ook mooi ruim. Wij waren met acht man op pad, en we hebben allemaal een erg prettig verblijf gehad. Zeker een aanrader als je naar deze streek gaat. Mochten wij weer deze kant op gaan, komen we zeker terug!

Van de drie wc’s kon er maar eentje op slot met een sleutel. Van de andere twee was de sleutel nergens te bekennen. Het water van alledrie douches liep moeilijk en traag weg. Als je met acht man in een huisje zit, kan de wachttijd op een douche daardoor erg lang worden. Dit kan veroorzaakt zijn door wateroverlast in de regio.

Alles perfect

Prachtige plek dichtbij zee en andere leuke bestemmingen. Het huis zelf is ruim en smaakvol ingericht, met een enorme tuin (ideaal voor huisdieren). De host was zeer vriendelijk en reageerde direct en heel vriendelijk op vragen. We hadden bij vertrek iets in het huis achtergelaten, dat werd direct zonder problemen nagestuurd.

Het enige wat we misten op deze perfecte plek waren loungestoelen in de tuin.
