Villa Anita Brugge

Very nice location along park path and an easy walk to the historical area. 15 min walk to train station. Big room, quiet. Lovely, clean bathroom and shower. Room 3 is up two flights of stairs. Sofa for evening time is very small but okay.

The pillows were very big. I should have asked for smaller ones and did not. Comforter was very hot. Another blanket option that is lighter would be nice. A small light on the ceiling flashes at night but an eye mask solved that.

The location was close to the train and city centre (walkable). The room was spacious and comfortable. Hosts were friendly welcoming and prompt to respond; they allowed us to store our bags after check out and they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat in the area. Towels were freshly cleaned and smelled good. Bed was large and comfortable.

There was no lock on the door from the inside of the room. No toiletries were provided. There was a fridge available for use but it was not plugged in. Walls between rooms are quite thin as you can hear others entering/leaving.

The location was great just a short walk into the centre and it was close to the train station. It was lovely and clean and well presented, we found the bed was comfortable and we slept well. Host was easy to communicate with and check-in was easy. If was self check-in with a keycode but didn't have any issues. The room was even available early which was great as it meant as soon as we arrived we were able to check-in straight away after a long morning of travelling. A fan was also provided as well which worked really well. Great value for money and would stay again.

Just a couple of really small things. In our room there wasn't a full length mirror which is just a small thing I'd consider putting in, also some shelving for toiletries in the bathroom. I would definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend, excellent value for money.
