Ideal location for visiting the sites of Bruges

Great location, clean and tidy.

The sinks in the bathroom were a little awkward and we had problems getting hot water when using the sinks . although this was resolved by the Sunday morning .Great shower though and we had no problems with it.

Comfortable and perfectly equipped for our stay.

The space was perfect for our trip. It's lovely and well located. Everyone slept well and found somewhere comfortable to settle while socialising in the evenings. We found all the utensils we needed to cook evening meals for 6 people (knives could do with a sharpen though!), and everything we needed to clear up after. The air conditioning in the top floor and kitchen was nice for the hot weather. Step stools were so helpful for the 4yo and he enjoyed the games and puzzle too. The owners have clearly spent time thinking really carefully about guests.

The back door could do with some blinds for the low sun in the mornings but otherwise, we didn't have any complaints. We'd definitely stay again!

Weekend in Brugge

The house is spacious and well equipped. It's not too fancy but all the basics are covered. The beds are comfortable. The area is very quiet. There is a little sunny garden behind the house where you can enjoy your breakfast.

There were too many and somewhat unclear instructions about the waste and inventory. The inventory list was the most confusing. We have never experienced a guest house where guests need to count the chairs and lamps etc.

Our second stay at this property. We love the spacious, sociable downstairs and the location.

Lovely spacious, open plan downstairs with safe, enclosed garden. Great location in a very quiet street and a pleasant 20 minute walk into centre of Brugge. The house has a very well equipped kitchen and was very clean on arrival. We did not meet our host, but she kept in contact and check in was simple. She called round and left a note as we were out and made it clear that we could contact her with any problems.

Great place to stay, very close to Bruges

We stayed at Huize Ewoud for a week with our family. It's the perfect spot to discover the Belgian coast. We visited Oostende, Blankenberge, het Zwin and Ghent. The centre of Bruges is only a short walk away. There's a big parking only five minutes from the house. Great kitchen.

The beds are quite hard and also the couch in the living room isn't very comfortable.
