Very good central location, useful bag storage prior to check-in. Check-in was easy and Romy&Travis are very quick to respond if needed. Comfortable bed, good coffee machine.
The flat had a musty, damp smell. The surfaces were very dusty (TV, TV stand, coat-rack, bed head-board, bed side table drawer, kitchen table light). We had to clean the dust on arrival. The kitchen lacks a tea towel or wooden spoon which made cooking tricky.

Ease of self checkin and the apartment had natural light and a nice kitchenette and reasonable walk to train station and old town.

Location was good - centrally located on a quiet side street which was nice.
Apartment could have been better appointed - more toilet paper, there was no dish soap for the dishwasher, only a single key provided, etc. Apartment was a bit ratty looking - lots of scuff marks on the walls, floors appeared a bit dirty. We were totally fine with it, but the apartment is up 3 flights of very narrow stairs so it's definitely not for everyone.
