Great to stay in Brugge in a well appinted apartment in city centre. Would recommend for a short city break.

Great location, clean and very comfortable bed

There were a couple of things that needed attention, the handle on the bathroom door was worryingly loos and a little bit of water escapes from the shower at the door. The overall size of the apartment was small and there was limited space for storing clothes. However, we recognise that we were there for 5 days and most people would be there for probably less time, so then space and storage would be less of an issue

Central, good value, convenient check-in

Building access code and key lockbox made it easy to check in. We were also able to leave our luggage in the building before check-in and after check-out.

Heating system was not very responsive, it was quite cold at night and turning up the heater did not seem to make a difference but later in the night the apartment became too hot.

Loved our stay with Roma & Travis.

Fantastic location and the apartment was very comfortable and clean. Spacious but cosy, and the check-in process couldn’t have been easier.

No locked area to leave luggage. Could have done with a bread knife, and the oven required a bit of working out in order to use the grill so a toaster would be more convenient!

Comfortable flat, excellent location, would recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the Highest Five, in a top floor flat. It was advertised as a two bedroom apartment with two double beds and one set of bunk beds (which we assumed were in with one of the double bedrooms). What a fantastic surprise to find it was actually a three bed apartment, with the bunk beds having their own room. The beds were extremely comfortable. They were only advertised as double but they were king beds so very spacious and again a very nice surprise. We didn't use the kitchen that much as we ate out most of the time but it seemed very equipped. There were lovely big opening windows to let in the fresh air. There were chocolates, water bottles, tea, coffee pods and shower gel provided which was a nice touch. The flat was in a quiet area despite being right in the centre, you couldn't ask for a better location. Close to the main sites and restaurants, walking distance to the railway station. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in the centre. Would stay again.

Overall had a wonderful stay. More information about the access to the flat would have been useful beforehand. It's a very narrow steep staircase to the flat. We didn't find it a problem but if we had larger suitcases or if anyone had disabilities it would be worth knowing beforehand.

Property was in excellent location. Quick ten minute walk to the square. Room has good facilities to cook your own food if needed.

Room looks onto an alley way at the back of some restaurants which can be noisy. No room to hang clothes up if staying for a few days. Room wasn’t the cleanest. I found crisps on the floor and under the blanket on that bed. My husband was covered in bed bug bits as well the day we left. Place needs a really good clean and some things added for me to stay again.

The property was in a brilliant location, in the old part of Brugge but also in a quiet little back street. The flat was furnished beautifully and was clean and modern. The instructions for getting to the property and getting in were clear and easy. It’s a short 12 min walk from the station.

If you have difficulty with stairs this is probably not the place for you as there are narrow steep stairs up to the accommodation and inside as well. But apart from that I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment 5-7 minutes from the center square. Very clean, nice amenities, quiet and safe street, fabulous stay, we loved it.

It doesn't have air conditioning. We didn't really need it, I must say that we felt wonderfully comfortable, but I don't know how it would be during the very hot days in Europe.

We enjoyed our time in Bruges. The residence was everything we anticipated and we would recommend it to others.

Excellent location within walking distance of train station and several restaurants and activities. The property was easy to access and we were able to leave our luggage before and after checkout. Everything needed for the stay was provided as well as a nice piece of chocolate and body wash on each towel.

The room next to ours did not observe quiet hours and were very loud past midnight. The same room left the property before 5am and were very noisy.

Comfortable Stay in the Centre of Bruges Old Town

Great apartment in a really quiet but very central neighbourhood, just moments from the old city centre. We had a wonderful few days in Bruges and this property was just perfect for us. You can walk to anywhere in the city and back again if you need a break, bathroom, nap , you name it! The kitchen is small but really contained everything we needed from the fridge and oven to the Nespresso machine and dining table more than big enough for two. The hosts allowing us to leave our luggage safely before and after our stay was a real bonus too.

Beautiful memories of Bruges

The contact with the host was warm, responsive and very informative. One of their recommended activities (beer and waffles) was a blast. The location is central to downtown Bruges and very close to the train station. A few bicycle rentals nearby, as well as food stores and shops. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The portable ventilator distributes the air so well, it came in handy one night. The apartment is quaint but sufficient for a couple. We usually book with living room and couch but the city is very popular and costs reflect that. There is a courtyard sitting area just outside the apartment.

A very enjoyable comfortable stay in a beautiful city

Information given by host prior to stay on recommendations for places to visit and places to eat, parking etc was very useful. The location was excellent as quiet yet close to centre of the city. Host very helpful and quick to respond to messages sent during our stay and issues swiftly resolved. Bed very comfy. Good coffee machine with lots of pods well equipped flat. Big TV

Lack of storage space for clothes. Could have benefitted from having somewhere in shower to put shower gel, shampoo etc rather than on the floor

Cot is 40 pounds for 3 nights, usually is free. If I pay for it, then it has to come with all the bits, cot linen etc ; the terrace is at at different level, sharing with 5 flats, used for garbage bin storage, and within 4 walls , no views ; is very clean but just don't look under the bed; still no toaster!

The location was excellent and initial information was very good Unfortunately, there was only one glass, the kettle needed descaling, cutlery organiser needed cleaning and would have expected more coffee pods and shower gel for a 3 night stay.

One of the best locations in Bruges

✅ Location: The location is great in the historic center and near the train station - there is no need of using public transport or the free shuttle bus from the train station. My studio was on the ground floor with window heading to the small inner court. That is better than window heading to the street and I was satisfied that there were no drunk conversations from the table in the inner courtyard during the night which problem I was expecting. ✅ Facilities: The bed is comfortable and there are blackout curtains. Great microwave and oven in one. ✅ Hosts are responsive and sent me all check-in details and many recommendations well in advance.

❌ It was not enough clean - there was gross hair on the bathroom sink and on the toilet seat as well as dust on many places. ❌ Some maintenance is needed specially on the bathroom handle because somebody can lock himself inside the bathroom.
