Well equiped, lots of room.

The house was nicely equiped with almost everything you could need. Nice new appliances and plenty of room. Location was a bit out of the central town area but not too far to walk.

No control over heating. Had to message host to get the temperature increased - it was very cold overnight and it would have been better if we could increase the heat when we woke (early) in the morning. Kitchen could do with some oven trays and tongs but otherwise had everything you need.

Well-equipped, great for a group, good location

Good to have multiple rooms/beds for a group. Well equipped kitchen, better than most rental homes. Warm. Nice touch to provide good quality coffee bags for the machine. Well located, 15-20 mins from the station, and the town, a few minutes walk to the supermarket.

Only weakness is the bathroom which doesn’t have a shower screen, although there has clearly been one previously. Makes getting showered more awkward than it need be - a simple and low cost thing to address, given it really is the only weak spot in a very good rental property

Nice spacious place close to Bruges

Nice 3 story house in the outskirts of Bruges. We found it easy enough to wander into town. Friendly greeting when we arrived and left. Free parking was available nearby. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace. Our kids loved the games that were available.

Having the bathroom on the ground floor was a bit of a trek from the second floor but not a huge problem. We find cash deposits a bit of a faff but got it back easily enough when we left.

This house provided a very comfortable stay for 4 people. Sabine was very gracious and flexible.

We arrived a bit early but Sabine greeted us warmly, showed us the property and let us leave our bags. Nice roomy house with kitchen and laundry - a bonus! Located in a very quiet area halfway between the train station and town.

The bathroom is large and bright but we would have appreciated a shower curtain to minimize spray and make showering easier. While the kitchen is well-equipped - a toaster would be a welcome addition!

Apartment and location great

The location was within walking distance of the historic town and 3 bus stops. The home was clean and neat. There was a washer and dryer available.

We had originally planned to return to Amsterdam via bus. We had notified the hostess upon arrival that we would probably be leaving about 8a since the bus left at 9. The check out time is not later than 11a. She said she could be there at 730. Now comes into play a security deposit that I inquired about several weeks before leaving the US. She did not respond until a few days prior to us leaving the US and stated cash would be fine. So we definitely wanted our security deposit back prior to our leaving the premises. We are expecting about 730 for her to be there and instead she shows up at 7. She stood there waiting while we scurried around to vacate the apartment by 730a. Turns out she had sent an email to us while we were out in the city. I did not appreciate what she did at all. Her job is not my problem. But she certainly made it mine. She did reluctantly return the deposit. Beware.

The house was quiet, comfortable and well located, about 10 minutes walk from the center. Aldi supermarket nearby. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice terrace.

It would be good to have mesh on all bedroom windows to be able to leave them open when it's very warm inside.

we loved it

it is located with walking distance to the attractions there is free parking place nearby, very close to supermarkets and gas stations. The property is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and equipment including microwave. the beds are comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful. It is very spacious and suitable for a big family or group of friends. There are also some games and puzzles to keep the children happy and occupied.

The only flaw is that it is not possible to regulate the temperature.

Pleasant

Location is good. The place is spaceous.

You can't control the heating yourself. We were instructed to empty the bins and to take off the sheets. The warranty is withheld for cleanliness, the owner told us, but it is meant to cover damages according to booking.com. That is unacceptable.

I would stay here again if did not impose the deposit policy; or returned it upon checkout.

The property was excellent and I would stay here again except for policies that the owner imposed that were not included on the booking on the website and demanded when we arrived the property. They had excellent toys of the kids (traditional Belgian wooden houses (size of matchbox cars) on the third floor in type of play/bedroom and was an excellent place for the children to play.

The owner (wife) demanded a 200 Euro cash deposit upon arrival and went thru the property. Upon departure the owner was present again (husband this time) and went thru the property but did NOT give the deposit back and rather got our IBAN number (will not exist if you are American travelling here and you do not have a European bank as we do). Instead, later that week (we departed SUN and by TUE) the wife sent us a text message with multiple pictures - the specific claims were that 1) we broke random basket handle , 2) did not organize the trash correctly (We live in Germany and know how to separate trash), 3) did not do the dishes (dishwasher was completely loaded but we just didn't start it). For all these things she took 25 Euro from our deposit. I can imagine them taking a lot more from other travelers. After living in Europe for greater than 18 months and spending over 100 nights in multiple properties I have never experienced such a policy and therefore would not recommend staying here although the value/location/set-up were excellent otherwise.

Perfect house to spend all the time inside instead of exploring Brugge;))

Perfect location - just a few minutes from the heart of the city, a great house - just like a museum - stylishly furnisehd, fully equipped for a large group of people, never stayed before in such a big house) Very nice and helpful owner, no doubt I recommend this variant for everyone - it is perfect! We even decided not to go to the bars at evenings because what a pleasure was to cook and sit at this drawing room!

Die Gastgeberin ist wirklich sehr freundlich, die touristischen Ziele fußläufig oder mit kostenlosem City-Shuttle zu erreichen. Die Betten sind bequem, die Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet? Trockner und Waschmaschine sind über die Terrasse erreichbar. Wir haben uns willkommen und heimisch gefühlt! 👍🏻

Das Badezimmer mit WC liegt im EG hinter der Küche, alle Schlafzimmer im OG oder DG. Nächtliche WC-Besuch sind, auch wegen der steilen Treppen beschwerlich- zumindest für ältere Menschen und Kinder. Die Terrasse ist, jetzt, im Mai, eine kleine Steinwüste. Vielleicht sind für den Sommer ja einige Kübelpflanzen vorgesehen, die sich positiv auf das Mikroklima auswirken? Wir hatten viel Regen, unsere Regenbekleidung konnte kaum trocknen. Aber wer heizt schon Mitte Mai?

Sistemazione ottima per visitare il cuore della città rimanendo però sulla soglia della tranqullità!

La posizione è fantastica per visitare a piedi il centro città, la casa è abbastanza grande e tipica del posto, con una cucina funzionante dotata anche di lavastoviglie, parti comuni della casa accoglienti e spaziose. Proprietari disponibili e cortesi. Zona tranquilla e con il parcheggio pubblico quasi sempre disponibile nelle vicinanze.

Farsi la doccia in una vasca senza tenda o box doccia non è confortevole, soprattutto se si hanno bambini, e le parti della casa che non sono camere restano piuttosto fredde. Coperte un po' corte e cuscini molto duri.
