We had a fantastic visit!

The apartment was extremely well located for all that we wanted to see and do. Everything was very close by. The apartment was warm and clean. It was nice to find toiletries in the bathroom and a few essentials in the kitchen such as oil, salt and pepper. Communication with the hosts was generally good. The apartment app was useful.

The only disappointment was that, despite generally good communication, the hosts did not resolve the problem that we highlighted with the hob (we were unable to remove the child lock so it was unusable). We messaged the hosts and sent a video showing the problem as requested but then received no further communication.

Great location for short visit

The location is fantastic, it was great to be in the old town. It was also clean. The instructions were clear and the team are very responsive.

The floor needs some work, it is rough wood and no rugs or carpets. The towels were very old and worn. One hand towel has a hole in it. We also found some food in the fridge when we arrived which wasn’t ideal.

The apartment was huge and has everything we need. The location was great. The owner was very helpful and always responded to all my messages.

The leak from the window in the bedroom because of rain. But we had a great night overall.

Excellent location. So close to the historic centre. Comfortable and clean apartment.

Steep staircase to reach the apartment. Hard to get heavy suitcases up. But nothing can be done about that. Just something to consider when booking. We weren't warned about it.

Great location. Access to private parking (albeit a couple of streets away). Very clean and host was responsive. Clear pre visit instructions (add a note re rubbish please)

Bathroom was a bit worn but clean. Knives weren’t very sharp. Was on the expensive side but was Bruges in the summer.

We would come back

Absolutely loved the location right in the middle of the historic city center. We could walk everywhere, even my kids (4 and 7) who hate walking. Everything was just "5 min walk away". The property was clean and had a well equipped kitchenette, lovely shower, comfy beds. We paid for parking as well and it was spacious and easy to find and access. Also just a short walk from the property. We have really enjoyed our stay.

All good if not for some noise from the upstairs apartment. They were up later then us (nothing outrageous by the way) but then we were up quite early the next morning and my kids can be quite noisy as well so that was revenge I guess. Maybe get earplugs? I think the location is worth it.

We could not stay in this property, the property was not as advertised, it was very dirty and in need of maintenance (to put it lightly). The host did not want to do anything about it and went quiet on the messages she sent, she said it was as advertised (it was filthy)

Great location, comfort, and spacious! Wow!

The terrace and airflow through the spacious rooms with a large dining table and well stocked kitchen with a bonus new 2-in-1 unit washer and dryer. Our first impression- WOW!

A dresser or buffet table for bags in master bedroom. There was only 1 little folding cart so two bags laid in the floor. And the kitchen/dining was so nice we are breakfast twice. Would have liked a drying rack for the dishes we were asked to clean and put away. I don’t like to use hand towel to dry dishes. Would give this place a 10 but I wouldn’t give the Queen of England’s home a 10 if it doesn’t have AC and Bidet, so consider my calibration. This place comes close tho bc even tho we were there during a heat wave, the airflow is so brilliant through the large windows.

A good value for the its price.

Staff is great, everything was clear for us and easy to communicate with them. Parking is cheap and not too far from apartment. Location of the apartment is also great. It’s a good value for the its price.

Apartment wasn’t good maintained. It could be cleaned better and for some furniture it’s already time to replacement. Also there is a bit of mold in the bathroom.

Children charged tourist tax when they don't have to pay it.

The location was good and the place was clean

I didn't like that our 4 children were charged for the tourist tax, and we found out from a different hotel (Hotel Aragon) that we stayed at after, that children aren't chargeable for this tax. I asked for a refund and this was given, but I feel bad for other families who have been charged this tax for their children here and paid it. The reason given was a messaging error, but I repeatedly mentioned 4 children coming along in other messages, and also text separately to let them know that we had paid the tax for all of us. In my opinion, this was dishonest and I hope other families are not charged this tax. As a business, you should be more aware of what you are charging and who is staying.

The location and size of apartment were great.

The hallway looked in need for redecorating as did some bits of the flat I.e. stained sofa / stained floor etc

Good value and good location!

The property was clean and had plenty of room for our large party. The beds were comfortable and there was enough seating for all of us. The location, was great, just around the corner to the sights, restaurants, cafes etc. There’s an express grocery store close by too. Overall we really liked the apartment and enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive, and sent good instructions, which was helpful!

Few things to note, there’s no parking, but there is parking that can be reserved near by for 7.50 euro a day, which is very reasonable. Fans would a plus in the apartment during the summer. The bunk bed is a bit wobbly and needs to be tightened. The only real complaint was the WiFi, it rarely worked and really only for 1 to 2 devices at a time, and you still lost connection even with just 2 on. We were only there for 1 night so wasn’t a problem for us, but just something to note if you’re traveling without data or will be there longer.

Brilliant value for money, cutest apartment in Brugge

Virtually everything! This was such a cute apartment to stay in. Very nice and modern bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, great couch, chairs and table, comfy bed. Awesome to be able to really air out the rooms after a very hot summer day - friends stayed elsewhere and had a very hot, stuffy night at their place with only one small window. Loved that I was able to access completely independently with an automated system. Shame I didn't properly meet the owners but much less complicated this way!

Quite confusing how to reach the property owner…We tried to reach them via messages on booking.com and via phone but did not get any responses. Also there are different numbers and names provided.

Exceptional

Great apartment, really easy to reach the centre, literally turn the corner and walk 5 minutes straight up one road to get to the main square. Very convenient location. The apartment was very clean and very comfy. Communication with the owners was great and also, we loved the communal terrace! We wouldn't have minded sharing with other guests and getting to know other people but we had it to ourselves and it was great to have breakfast in the sun or an evening belgian beer with friends out there.

Loved everything, maybe one thing I would suggest is possibly a fridge/freezer combo as the fridge didn't have a freezer compartment

This could be a wonderful rental if the owners made a little effort. It’s a lovely space in a good location.

The blind for the window directly over the bed did not work so the light was streaming in even at night (an entire fixing was missing so this was definitely known about) so we were unable to get our children to sleep until it was dark outside and we all woke with the sunrise. A room rental should allow you to sleep at a very minimum. Despite reserving reserving parking 3 days in advance and being promised instructions, these were not given and required me chasing up a number of times, then the car park key was not available and we were advised simply to wait until someone brought it back (which took 1.5 hours). In total it took 3 hours of out day and a lot of effort on our part to part. We were charged city tax for 4 people despite the owners knowing only 2 were over 18. Having paid I discovered that tax is not needed for children. so have requested a refund but have not heard anything back from the owners. The television did not work and just said ‘no signal’. There is only a tiny sink and no shelf in the bathroom so absolutely nowhere to keep your toiletries. There is a steep staircase within the room with railings that are very far apart so the room is definitely not safe for toddlers/babies. The railings on the main stairs leading to the apartment are not maintained and some are broken - which we found out as my daughter was climbing up them - also not safe for children.

Perfect location.

Perfect location, plenty of space for our family. The host was super helpful. Would 100% stay again, even more so because we now know how to get parking access etc. Cleaners were also fabulous and so friendly.

It was quite tricky getting to the car park and finding the key (I believe someone had taken it with them) and due to all one way streets. There was also a lot of noise when we stayed from the apartment upstairs when they came back late at night - however this was not the owners fault.
