Nice place with good facilities, including convenient, reasonably priced parking, which is a great advantage when visiting Bruges. The location made it easy to explore the city, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available.

Very good location and near to everything in the city centre. Very clean and well presented. Very good value for money. Cot provided as requested. Easy to access & find the address.

Very steep steps up to the room. A couple of nails in the wooden floor were sticking out.

The location is very good. The apartment is very spacious and clean and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again for sure.

No oven, but there's gas hobs and a microwave. And perfectly situated for many restaurant options.

Location was amazing, literally a few mins walk from major tourist attractions, restaurants, convenience shops etc The flat is large and the bathroom has clearly been refurbished more recently. The flat was clean and had a travel cot as well as a highchair for babies.

The number of stairs leading up to the properly was ridiculous. When it said 3 flights, that's closer to 3 double sets and another set inside the flat. Whilst I wouldn't normally mind this, we have a young baby and carrying the baby as well as suitcases etc was much more difficult than anticipated. I wouldn't have booked the accommodation had I known how inaccessible it is for young families. As a single person/couple with decent mobility, I'd be able to book again. The parking is an absolute farce. You get bombarded with messages about paying city tax, welcome to the accommodation, parking is available and then add a €15 fee but when I really needed help, I had the phone put down on me and was told that the person was busy. As aforementioned, we have a young baby and because you cannot park in front of the building for anything other than unloading (there was also construction happening and we were asked to move the car so the crane could get through) we were stuck in the rain trying to contact a member of the team on Whatsapp who was frankly quite rude. When you contact them on Whatsapp, they send the same spiel as the messages so the instructions get lost in the info. Then they have an apartment guide, this does NOT show where you can park overnight and has a different set of instructions. *Then* the parking is about 200m away, advertised, but a completely different picture to the one mentioned in the guide and quite misleading. When you're arriving to a destination after a long drive and just want to get into the accommodation to feed your hungry and tired baby, you don't need rudeness and then ignoring of messages to make your stay feel quite unwelcome. The only saving grace is that we were allowed to leave our car there the next day. The owners clearly have a deal with the building organisation and there is plenty of parking available. To charge €15 a day for that parking is outrageous after the cost of the flat.
