The communication from Heidi and Lorre before and during the stay was excellent. They provide a very informative document to give information on the property and local area. The house was super clean and had all the facilities that we needed for our stay. There was a supermarket and great restaurant next door and the location was an easy 30 minute walk into the city centre. Thanks again to our hosts for a great stay!
Nothing!

Good location, rooms are comfortable
Electrics tripped due to fault on outdoor sockets which meant we had no hot water or electricity on our last day for about 40 mins in the morning. This meant we checked out without showers, coffee or breakfast etc and no option was given to extend our stay for an hour past 11am so we could manage to shower. ( even though we were asked to sort out the electricity) this small gesture would have made a huge difference.

We found the freezer wasn't working, it would have been useful but not essential.
