It's DISGUSTING and DANGEROUS. What a squalid filthy apartment. It looks derelict. No similarities to the photos. MOULDY AND THE STENCH OF DAMP IS DISGUSTING. LIVE ELECTRICS EXPOSED. EVERYTHING IS BROKEN. THE FILTH AND SCUM IS DISGUSTING. THE SHOWER IS HANGING OFF THE WALL. THE KITCHEN SINK IS BROKEN. THE BEDS ARE MOULDY, MAKE THE MOST TERRIBLE SQUEAKING NOISE AND THE HOST COULDN'T EVEN BE BOTHERED TO MAKE THEM. THE MECHANICAL PLANT ROOM IS EXPOSED AND IN THE BEDROOM. Amazing beach view directly from the house, we had a nice relaxing walk with good restaurants. The house is located in a beautiful sea view.

The house with the steel frame cot was making noise throughout the night. It was tough to sleep, the warmers aren't working in the bedroom.

Location is right on beach. Good value for money, central location, easy check-in. Lots of parking, but partly expensive. Accommodation is right on beach promenade, it's funny and interesting, but maybe not for people who like privacy. Lots of bars and restaurants around.

Dodgy front door handle and lock, mould in bathroom, kitchen tap not properly fixed, lose cables, no cooking spoons. Just to sleep it was ok. The flat is trying to look nice, but there are some basic issues that really should be addressed.

Gem of a property right on the beach

Great location, huge space, well equipped and perfect for a break by the beach - even in autumn/winter as the heating is very efficient!

Overall it could do with a little bit of love, but that did not detract at all from our great stay there.

Robinet cuisine pas attaché bar de douche casser les grands tenture très très sale sale sur le sol chanbre toujours en travaux porte d entrée poinier tiens pas et j en passe trouver vaille sale dans le lave vaisselle je ne recommande pas cette appartement à se prix là 740eu j ai oublier les marmite pas propre et les poil pour cuire une onte

Vuil vettig en schandalig , bah bha bha

Hygiëne , frauduleuze info zoals foto van salons die er niet zijn , vuile en totaal versleten slaapzalen zonder latoflex . Keukenkraan die volledig los en scheef staat , douche los uit de muur en water komt uit de buisverbinding ipv uit de sproeikop . Keukenmateriaal vol schimmel . Ik heb overal foto’s en film van en ga hier verder mee . Het is een echte schande . En op een slaapkamer staat de gasverwarming installatie open en bloot met CO vergiftiging als gevaar . Voor alles zie ook foto’s . Na contactname met de verantwoordelijke stelden ze zonder vragen een ander apartement voor … Maar niettemin zal ik een klacht van fraude indienen en de gezondheidsinspectie hiervan nazicht laten doen .

Wir würden diese Unterkunft niemandem empfehlen!

Wir haben die Unterkunft für 5 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder gebucht. Laut Buchungsbestätigung sollte es 2 Doppelbetten, ein ausklappbares Schlafsofa sowie 2 weitere Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer geben. Leider entsprach die Realität überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung: • Das Schlafsofa war komplett kaputt, die Matratzen verschmutzt, schimmelig und unhygienisch. • Beide Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer waren in der Mitte gebrochen, sodass man beim Sitzen und erst recht beim Schlafen ständig in die Mitte rutschte – absolut unbrauchbar. • Die beiden Doppelbetten waren extrem instabil, haben bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht und hatten ebenfalls schmutzige, teilweise schimmelige Matratzen. • Insgesamt fehlte ein Bett, sodass die gebuchte Schlafmöglichkeit für unsere Gruppe nicht vorhanden war. • Zusätzlich hatten wir für 15 € ein Beistellbett für ein kleines Kind gebucht – auch dieses war nicht vorhanden. • Einige Gruppenmitglieder mussten die Unterkunft vorzeitig verlassen, da es schlicht zu wenig nutzbare Schlafmöglichkeiten gab und die vorhandenen Betten sowie Sofas defekt und unbrauchbar waren. • Im Badezimmer lief die Dusche jedes Mal über und setzte das ganze Bad unter Wasser. • In einem Schlafzimmer fehlte eine komplette Wand – dahinter ragte offen eine Gastherme heraus. • Einige Wände wiesen ebenfalls Schimmel auf. • Überall waren offene Steckdosen und Kabel von Lampen, was besonders mit kleinen Kindern sehr gefährlich war. • In der Küche war der Wasserhahn defekt. Die bereitgestellten Töpfe und Pfannen waren massiv zerkratzt und daher ebenfalls unbrauchbar. • Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr schmutzig und entsprach in keiner Weise den Bildern oder der Beschreibung. Am Tag der Anreise haben wir den Vermieter telefonisch kontaktiert und die Mängel gemeldet. Er teilte uns mit, dass er von all dem nichts wüsste. Allerdings konnten wir bei Booking.com sehen, dass diese Schäden schon länger bekannt sind.

L'appartement n'était pas propre , le divan lit cassé, le fauteuil cassé. La 5 ieme personne n'a pas su dormir . Le boiler dans la chambre à coucher et les lits qui craquent . Les rideaux dans l'entrée étaient très sales . L'armoire de salle de pain pareil et le sol n'avaient pas été aspirer. Nous sommes déçus par la qualité, et demandons un geste commercial.

De locatie was super! Het is gewoon een gezellig huisje. Hoewel sommige reviews foto's met schimmel laten zien in de badkamer, was het schoon toen wij er waren. Wij waren naar wecandance even verderop, houd rekening met 45 min lopen.

Eigenlijk viel er maar weinig tegen: - De bedden piepen een beetje, maar dat is ook niet het einde van de wereld. - Je ligt naast de boiler/meterkast zonder afscherming in een van de slaapkamers. - Parkeren in het hoogseizoen is zwaar klote, wees op tijd.

Die Aussicht aufs meer ist schön.

Aber alles andere war schrecklich möbel kaputt hat man sich nicht getraut anzufassen weil es sonst auseinander fliegt. Schimmel in den Badezimmer, im ersten Schlafzimmer offene Wand offene gastherme balkontür geht nicht auf das Bett total am quitschen und man denkt man liegt auf nem Brett und Bettwäsche Kissen und Decke fleckig , Fernbedienung war kaputt, die Möbel sind komplett durcheinander zusammengewürfelt, in der k,üche der Wasserhahn ist am wackeln also auf gut deutsch wie in der Anzeige alles beschrieben ist ist nicht korrekt die Bilder sind auch alt, Wir haben aktuelle gemacht. Meiner Meinung nach ein Betrüger und reine abzocke . Wir hatten uns bei dem Vermieter beschwert er wollte die aktuellen Bilder haben drauf hin hat er uns ein anderes app angeboten was paar Haustüren weiter war das war bisschen besser.

L'emplacement est top et il y avait assez de drap de bain

La propreté générale laissait à désirer. Le canapé était en très mauvais état, complètement affaissé. Les lits, bien que confortables, grinçaient énormément à chaque mouvement. Dans l'une des chambres, une chaudière était installée à même un mur non plafonné, avec les briques apparentes. De plus, des taches étaient visibles sur les rideaux ainsi que sur la poubelle de la salle de bain. Le logement a été prêt à 15h et non à 14h30. En réservant, nous avons payé une taxe de 8€ et nous avons également dû payer 2.5€/par personne, en liquide, sur place. Assez cher pour ce que c'est, on paye pour la situation et non pour le logement.
