A relief

The communication went very well. I got a very spacious room, beautifully set up with everything I needed and more. I felt very at home and at ease and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The owner was very friendly . Everything was perfectly clean. I could get tea downstairs as promised and the bus stop is literally in front of the place. There is no sound issue and the lighting is nice. The tv is Huge and I really enjoyed that. The shower is great . The temperature was good.

Easy instructions to enter property

On arrival my room door key missing. Only to find another person decided to take my room because they couldn't find theirs and had the audacity to think they did nothing wrong. Anyway got too heated. Host came to sort out quickly. The room we took had a musty damp smell. That's room 2, so we just opened the window. It was cold but better than damp smell. Also note room 2 shower is outside, its your sole use,you have a separate key for that. The room itself was big, super king bed with mattress toper. The bedding was a bit naf... especially the pillows, too thin and airy for us. The room had on suite toilet.. but be warned no fan... hence we used the other toilet on the ground floor. Oh yes the shower didn't have a fan either...hence after use left the door open a bit.

Extremely unclean, filthy. Smelly, depressing, AVOID at all costs! Stains on the chairs, curtains, walls, and towels. No door on toilet. Should be closed down. We spent 10 minutes inside before booking our next hotel.

Location is close to city center

Broken sink faucet. Missing shower head. Worst pillows on the planet. Loud. No air conditioning means you have to leave the two tiny windows open so the whole room fills with mosquitos as evidenced by bloody bug smears on the walls. Terrible internet, no humans actually working at the location. Quite horrendous really.

Nothing- it was horrible! This was like a youth hostel with things that didn’t work a squishy bed that was terrible! We did not stay there within 5 minutes or less, I realized for multiple reasons that this was not going to work! First, there was no marking on the outside that this was any kind of a business; it was just the address. Second, no one would respond when I rang the bell. I had no information on how to access the building until I’d already rung the doorbell at least 10 times. Finally someone opened the door, but he was another guest. Shortly after, a young man answered, and he must’ve been the manager. I open the door to our room finding it like a flophouse not something I would pay €116 a night for! The bathroom was in a separate room with a locked door. I chose to leave and still tried to get ahold of that manager, but he would no longer come out into the hall or answer, and of course there’s no phone number to call. I sent the property an email saying I wasn’t staying there and I would be seeking a full refund, plus I sent an email to booking.com while in Belgium that I was looking for a refund. This property was totally misleading in the pictures. It probably showed one nice room fixed up and the one I got was awful. This is what we call “bait and switch”. booking.com needs to further investigate places before they accept them. I feel like the reviews are false, misleading, and fake.

Great choice in a great city

The location is great. Super value for money. Nice and cozy. Very clean. The entire house inside is great. Coffee, vendor machine … nice. We truly loved it.

Ok, was not advertised, but if you travel by bicycle, it is street parking. Yes, as commented earlier there is no door for the toilet, but if you can share the same bed, that should not be a problem. What troubled us was the mattress. The softest thing I ever slept on or tried to. Yep, the street is noisy, so if you seek quiet nights, you may go else.

Unpleasant stay!

Location and facility!

Not a good communication with the administrator at all! The bed mattress horrible, like a soft material make the back of us hurt! I guess the mindset is to save on water, energy and so on; so not enough towels, no bath math at all or even hand towels! No AC, just a fan that barely helps with the warm accumulated on the bedroom! Aside from all, they asked you to leave over the table such a taxable municipality amount on cash??? When is supposed that all takes and fees are included on your reservation??? Makes no sense! Definitely not going back again!

Very very basic accommodation but good location and value

Good location as was a last minute booking so only good thing is that it was good value for money but otherwise very very basic accommodation - no doors to the shower or the toilets in both of our rooms

No kettle or iron in the room plus there is a tourist tax of EUR 4 per person per night we were not aware of and the 2 rooms given couldn’t be further apart - one right at the entrance and the other on the 2nd floor in the other corner even though had requested adjoining rooms. Free parking is not right outside but a good 200/300 metres away and that too if available. Parking right outside is EuR 2.50 per hour max 4 hours.

Good location but doesn’t deliver on all of its promises

Location for the centre of Bruges was very good but it’s a very noisy and busy street.

We were promised items such as tea and coffee making facilities and a hair dryer in the room however these were not in the room. The tea and coffee facilities were in a shared reception area and we had to navigate 3 flights of stairs to get to them, not ideal when dealing with hot water in a paper cup. Attempts to pay the tourist tax and obtain a proof of payment were promised but never delivered, we had to leave the cash in the flat without any proof of payment. The open plan toilet is a strange setup as there is no door on the actual toilet so it’s a good idea to be very familiar with your roommate.

parkeerplaats , in de omschrijving staat gratis parkeren. free parkeerplaats heeft gelimiteerde plekken en is toch best ver van de accommodatie. Uiteindelijk geparkeerd in de ondergrondse parkeerplaats voor €16/dag op 5 min loopafstand van de accommodatie.

Eigenlijk niets

Wat ons vooral tegenvalt, dat als er een negatieve recentie geplaatst wordt, er door de eigenaar een bedrag geboden wordt om de recentie te verwijderen. Er leugens verteld worden dat we veel eerder in wilden checken (in werkelijkheid 1 uurtje omdat mijn vrouw niet lekker was en met toestemming van de eigenaar) Ook wordt er gezegt dat we te laat uitgecheckt zijn, terwijl ze met eigen ogen (blijkt achteraf) ons om 9.30 hebben zien lopen. Om nog even kort te zijn waarom een negatieve recentie: Kamer heeft geen rookmelder, ook niet achter een gordijn zoals ze zelf zeggen (wat ook niet mag) Wasbak op de kamer had geen water en het blad waar de wasbak op staat was door waterschade twee keer zo dik geworden. De lamp boven de wasbak was iig niet door een elektricien aangesloten en is erg gevaarlijk. Slotplaat achter de klink van de kamerdeur waren weg en de klink viel bijna uit de deur, met lelijke schroefgaten. Tv werkte niet, althans niet werkend gekregen. De douche loopt naar de verkeerde kant af, dus geen tot nauwelijks afvoer van water. Bij het aanzetten van de douche spuit het water alle kanten op (lek) Het bed heeft ook zijn beste tijd gehad, kompleet doorgezakt. (Nu veel rugpijn) Kortom dit zijn nog wat punten die niet kloppen en gevaarlijk zijn, om maar niet te spreken dat het waskom van hun openstond en de was letterlijk 1,60 meter hoog las en een geur verspreide d8e niet menselijk was. En daar zoveel geld voor moeten betalen, schande. Dat de eigenaar met een reactie op onze recentie alles goed probeert te praten, snap ik. Alleen niet met leugens gaan smijten, dat slaat alles. Mensen ga hier niet mee in zee.

Buena relación calidad precio para Navidad

Bonito, nuevo, calefacción, secador pelo con lo indispensable para descansar, una mesa y dos sillas. Tranquilo y agua caliente correcta. Lo mejor: la cama, tenía un topper para darle más comodidad al colchón. ( Estuvimos arriba ) Personal super atento: contacté con ellos porque queríamos un edredón más grueso para el frío de esos días y nos lo trajeron en una hora. No los vimos pero resolvieron el problema de inmediato y amablemente.

Lo único por mejorar sería que pusieran algo para colgar las toallas del baño. A tener en cuenta que justo al lado no encontramos ningún supermercado, pero compramos antes de llegar y listo.

La tranquilidad.

El auto servicio en realidad no tendría que ser un problema , pero se presta ha haber confusiones con el tema de las llaves. Me habían asignado la habitación número 3 y al llegar ya la habían cogido la llave y la habitación 3 estaba ocupada. Por suerte aún quedaba una llave libre y pude tener habitación para dormir esa noche. Y con el check in son estrictos a partir de las 15:00 antes no es posible y como no hay nadie en recepción si llegas antes a Brujas tendrás que pasearte con las maletas. También No hay ascensor.

Posizione: a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente della macchina del caffè e del tè. Camera ben arredata.

In bagno mancavano alcuni dettagli fondamentali: non erano presenti l’asciugamano per il viso e il tappetino per la doccia, oltre che appigli o mensole per i saponi. Inoltre, mancavano la ventola di aspirazione e la porta per dividere il bagno dalla camera. La camera era al piano terra e la finestra dava direttamente sulla strada, limitando la privacy e rendendo la stanza un po’ rumorosa.

La douche à l'extérieur de la chambre, avec des carreaux qui tombent, très dangereux ! Les poignées de portes déglinguées, le frigo commun que quelqu'un ouvre à 5h30 du matin... Pas d'eau dans la chambre, pas de chaînes TV, pas de placard, la machine à café commune ne fonctionne pas, bref, c'est vraiment juste pour dormir, je déconseille !

Helemaal in orde , super locatie !

We hadden vooraf de negatieve reacties gelezen, maar wij hebben dat totaal niet zo ervaren. De loft was gewoon heel fijn: een goede, gezellige ruimte op een uitstekende locatie. Het beddengoed was schoon en netjes, en het hele appartement was goed verzorgd en schoon. Prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding , wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad!
