Konum çok iyi. 1 kez bile otobüse binmedik. Hem şehir merkezi hem tren istasyonu yürüyerek 10-15 dakika. Rahat bir yatak.
Gittiğimizde 2 gün hava soğuktu ve ısıtma sistemi sürekli çalışmıyordu. Sivrisinekler vardı. Duvarlarda sivrisinek ölüleri ve örümcek ağları var. Klozet kısmı halka açık kapısı yok. Bir kapı yaptırılmalı mutlaka. Mini bir buzdolabı olmalı. Buzdolabı tesisin giriş katında ve ortak. Bir basit terlik olmalı. 2 adet baş havlusu olmalı. 1 adet duş ayak havlusu olmalı.
