Music Row, the state capitol, countless live music venues, parks, and more are all just minutes away.
But first - coffee. Start the day on your balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the river. Inside, you’ll find a full, well-equipped kitchen at the ready when it’s time to make breakfast. The fully updated interior boasts a crisp, fresh interior, lots of natural light, and plenty of space to spread out. Relax in the central AC at the end of the day, or visit the complex gym if you didn’t get your steps in while touring. Call it a night with a little streaming TV, either from the living room or bed, and drift off to sleep with the next perfect Nashville day to come.

The "apartment" was great! It was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, and seemed to be in a safe location. The only downside we encountered is there is a ton of construction going on just outside of this property (building more apartment-style buildings next door), which limited the walking ability from this location to restaurants, bars, etc. We were able to take Ubers or drive ourselves with no issues.

Our stay in this unit was excellent, great location and walking distance to downtown. The unit was very clean and everything was great. We will stay hear again if we return to Nashville. We will also recommend this unit to friends and family. Thank you

Very cozy and clean unit! Close to downtown, $8-$15 Uber depending on time of day. Perfect central location!

Great location, walking distance to broadway. Pull out couch mattress was very dirty, no mattress cover on it and no fitted sheet (only two flat sheets) great communication with the rental agency though and they provided a small refund and ordered a plastic mattress cover and another flat sheet that was delivered to the door. No door to the “bedroom” would not have been comfortable for more than two or three people. Disappointed in the cleanliness when we pulled the couch out there was a lot of hair/dust/dirt behind it, same situation when I pulled open the blinds in the room.
