Find inspiration in this Nashville-themed apartment located minutes from Broadway and historic Germantown. The curated interior features chic decor and furnishings, utilizing neutral tones with touches of color throughout. Guests will also enjoy an outdoor patio on the bank of the Cumberland River and unlimited access to pool, courtyard, and gym amenities. Come and enjoy all that Nashville has to offer in this newly-renovated retreat on the river. This is a private, 1 bedroom, ground-floor condo with a back patio featuring views of the Cumberland River. The condominum complex, Riverfront Condominiums, boasts shared spaces including a pool, a premium gym, a paid laundromat, and a courtyard with spaces for grilling, lounging, and a fire pit. Guests are welcome to use the entire condo. I'm available to message if you need me! This condo is on the downtown side of the river. It lies on the border between the downtown district, literally blocks away from Broadway and Printers Alley, and historic Germantown, featuring a wide variety of boutique shops and cafes, the Tennessee State Museum, and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. There is no better spot to experience all that Nashville has to offer. There is free parking on the premises (up to 2 cars, directly in front of the front door). With this location being so central, it would be easy to get around without a car either by walking or taking quick trips on Uber and Lyft.

Pretty view of the river off the patio, yet really close to downtown and other great Nashville attractions. We had one minor housekeeping issue that the owner addressed quickly and completely. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The location.. best part of our stay. The condo is comfortable but needs some TLC. The bed is very comfortable but the towels and linens need a refresh. 1hand towel for 2 people for 4 days..not acceptable. If you are trying to "see" yourself while getting ready there is no full length mirror.The only mirrors are located in a very dimly light bedroom/bathroom area. The host was very easy to communicate with. I struggled with making my final payment.. my credit card was compromised. He was very understanding and trusted us to make sure he was paid. He did offer to send us money to purchase a mirror but that was not possible.I should have just ordered one from Amazon. The floor coming from the entry to the LR is very soft, feels like it is sinking. Will is a great host he just needs to give his property a few upgrades and cleaning agents extra guidance. The patio furniture was so dirty. I understand weather can be a factor but the place was just cleaned. Another concern was the code for the entrance. We arrived early, tried the code we were given and were able to enter. Seeing the place was still occupied even though check out was after the time we used the code. When we did check in the entry code was the same. We did not have any issues but it made me nervous. I was told the code changed after each guest but obviously that was not the case for us.Overall we enjoyed our stay..there are many things that could make this property into a great place not just okay.
