Riverfront Condo Walk to downtown Nashville with a view

The condo was clean and the location was close to everything downtown.

Clean, has parking and great location.

Communicating with the hosts was the best I've experienced with bookings-very prompt & easy to understand responses. That said, the condo needs some TLC. The living room accordian shades did not roll up at all. Very disappointing as we couldn't get any natural light in or open any windows for fresh air (even though the views would be of the parking lots). Also, the rubber gasket on the refrigerator was coming off, there were holes in the wall where the toilet paper holder had been mounted, the dining table wobbles & silverware sparse.The living room furnishings are as shown in the listing photos. However, we would have appreciated if the dining table were moved back alittle allowing for a couple more upholstered living room chairs.Overall the furnishings & lamps seemed rather cheap. We appreciated the hairdryer, coffee maker/coffee & icemaker but would have appreciated a few more amenities that we've found in other rentals like a box of tissues, travel size makeup removers, disposable shower cap, powdered creamer, etc.Towels were more than ample for 2 but washcloths & hand towels need to be replaced or get an antibacterial wash. Once wet,they got very smelly in only1 day.Parking was very easy with an assigned spot & though the lot is not secured, we didnt feel we were at any risk. Note, there is no outside sitting area for this unit. Other units have front porches/balconies w/chairs. This condo's door is in a concrete hallway.
